Bloody Mary

The loud bass of music immediately greeted both girls as they stepped into the club. Anna flinched slightly as her gaze flitted across the entire club, taking in the dancing gyrating bodies that were lost into the boom of the night.

‘Good lord,’ Anna breathed, her eyes widening at the scene before her. If she’d worn what she originally tried to wear before Dali stopped her, she would have felt like an outcast in this club. She took in the appearance of the girls who strutted around the club with confidence, their hips swaying and their assets on full display.

“This way.”

She wrapped her hands around Dali’s arms as she allowed her friend to lead her deeper into the club, maneuvering their way through the partygoers who were dancing with reckless abandon. It wasn’t her first time in a club, for real. But it was her first time in a club after so many years. She didn’t have the chance to visit and club in her past life due to her husband’s overbearing attitude.
