“Have you arrived?” asked Tamara.

“Yes. I’m already in the lift. Which floor are you on?” came Sebastian’s low voice over the phone.

Tamara muttered, “The fifth floor.”

She headed for the door to meet up with Sebastian.

Cheryl sighed helplessly at Tamara’s actions. Even Sebastian was here. What else could she do now?

Tamara hung up the phone. The lift soon arrived at her floor.

Sebastian’s tall figure exited the lift. His gaze softened when he saw her.

“Where is the tarot reader?” Sebastian scanned the area.

Tamara told him about what had happened earlier. Sebastian’s expression changed into one of disdain. “He must be hiding something.”

Tamara nodded in agreement. “I think so too. Have your men scout the entire building. He shouldn’t have gone too far.”

Sebastian nodded and pulled out his phone to make some calls.
