Chapter 544 Threaten

The outside of the hospital was not as safe as Jeremiah made it out to be.

The people from the Morrison family had arrived. Both they and the Custry family’s bodyguards were at a standstill.

Jeremiah had exited the building as well. When he saw the scene, his eyebrow quirked up. “That old man sure acts fast.”

Tamara paused. She knew Jeremiah was referring to Elijah.

“It seems we won’t be able to leave,” muttered Tamara softly.

Jeremiah heard how soft her voice was. It reminded him of a sweet melody that was pleasing to the ear. Her voice alone was enough to melt his heart.

“You have a nice voice, my dear sister-in-law.” Jeremiah smirked devilishly.

Tamara’s beautiful eyebrows knitted together as she created some distance between them.

“Put the child down, Tamara!” Elijah had arrived at the scene as well. He gave Tamara a dark look before turning to Jeremiah. “This is between the Morrison family and the Moore family. The Custry family should mind their own fucking business!”
