Benjamin’s lips curled into a smile as he noticed how obedient Margot had become. “You look exactly the same as you did when you were younger. I really like this expression on you.”

Margot did not know what to reply.

The man was so strange.

Benjamin had never once brought up anything related to their past when they first ran into each other as adults. Margot assumed the man had simply forgotten.

It appeared that that was not the case.

However, she still found it peculiar that the man had never once mentioned their past in passing.

“Benjamin, do you have a split personality or something? Whatever it is, stop. I need to know why you restricted my travels.” The way Benjamin was acting bothered Margot. She felt strange about it.

Benjamin frowned. “If I didn’t do that, you would have left me ages ago.”

Margot was silent for a moment before she said, “You haven’t fallen for me for real, have you?”

Benjamin nodded. “I have. I really like you, and I like sleeping with you too.”

For a
