Chapter 1604 Take It

Tamara cautiously took a step back. "Do you want to fly the kite? Here, take it."

She handed him the string and left.

Sebastian cocked an eyebrow. He stared at the string in his hand before looking at the retreating figure. For a moment, he didn't know how to react.

Couldn't she tell that he was just trying to help her with the kite?

Sebastian started to doubt himself.

Tamara returned to the tent and started helping with the preparations.

Benjamin asked, "Why did you come back?"

Tamara had an awkward look on her face. "I saw you were alone, so I came back to help."

Benjamin turned to Sebastian, who was still frozen in place, and bit back a smile. "You seem quite afraid of Seb, Ms. Simmons. But there's no need to be. He just appears cold. But he's actually a very nice person."

Well, at least toward Tamara. He was as cold as a block of ice when it came to others.

Tamara's eyelashes fluttered. "I just grew tired of flying the kites."
