Kylie agreed, and the two arranged to meet at the back street of the university.

The back street was filled with street food. It was liveliest when evenings rolled around. But it was an empty street during the day.

Camilla looked at the familiar surroundings in a daze.

Someone tapped her shoulder. Camilla quickly turned around, and Kylie smiled at her.

"Why did you suddenly want to come here?" Kylie asked in confusion.

Camilla pondered for a moment. "I missed the food here. Since I'm free, I thought I'd come to take a look."

"I see. Then let's indulge ourselves today." Kylie hooked her arm through Camilla's. She glanced at Camilla and suddenly considered telling her meeting with Jayden.

However, when she recalled Jayden's intense gaze, Kylie felt a twinge of fear. Since it wasn't that big of a deal, Kylie decided to keep it a secret for now.
