Wyatt and Beau chose to sit on the couch, leaving me space between them but I chose the old armchair that sat across from them. Where to start? I suppose the beginning would be best.

The clothes I kept, the bags we brought, the bed. If not for Zoey, I may have ignited the entire city.” I paused blinking back tears. “I could have killed everyone.”
