"Thank you for ordering, Ma'am and Sir. You can seat in that empty table and wait for your order to be delivered to your table," I politely promised and pointed to the empty table. They went there quickly.

My eyes quickly shifted to Devyn who's eating the cookies I had baked earlier. She's reading another book, she was busy reading an animal information throughout that book. I just held my breath because she didn't seem to want to play. I told her to limit the time in reading. I want her to enjoy her childhood as much as possible.

Good thing, she listens to me. She reads for like two to three hours a day which made me happy that she's listening to me.

I approached her and handed her another glass of milk so she stopped reading and looked at me. I sat in the next seat and they also brought coffee for me. I took a 30 minyute break.
