Sylvia's POV

It was time to go back. We had exhausted their days in New Jersey, and everything had been sorted out. Patrick no longer had to carry the guilt of him being responsible for Alyssa's death. I smiled as I remembered all that we did in New Jersey. Although we didn't have sex, the make-out enough was pretty fiery. I never knew Patrick was such a good kisser. How many girls did he try that on??

Just before we left, Neville and I talked.

"Guess you're the lucky one?" She had asked. I glanced at Patrick, who was talking with Alyssa's parents before nodding.

"Did you have a crush on him too?" She asked.

"Uh... No. My crush was with someone else." I replied.

"Anyway, congratulations. I'm sorry for bothering you guys. I didn't know any better."
