ARMAND'S POV

I looked at every one of them as they trooped in. I was being careful with these old slimy ones as there was actually no knowing what evil lurks behind those dark eyes and heartless cavities. They might seem old but they were strong and should they try and attack, I would have a really hard time keeping them at bay.

Nevertheless, I had a very good backup right behind those big curtains. No way would they be able to deal with a couple of my trained soldiers that wanted nothing more than their liberation. I was their ray of hope and they would do everything to protect.

I rose to my feet as they entered to greet them.

"Welcome, my elders. I have been waiting and am beginning to give up hopes of seeing you all." I said to them,

"We were contemplating forfeiting this meeting." One of them, Orlando, spat his selfish words at me.

He used to be a good friend to my uncle who was boxed away at this moment in that coffin. He had never really been in support and I could be
