CLARA'S POV

"You know I thought you have fled school. Was patiently waiting for the morning so I raised the alarm. Where are you coming from, Clara?" Grace said to me the moment I entered the room.

Well, what can I say? Sometimes, she acted like a mother and I actually enjoyed it back then. I smiled nervously at her as I noticed she was seated up on her bed. I had actually tiptoed inside the room in good faith that I would get there before she woke. The professor had assured me that we would certainly get the ingredients. We only needed to work together and do our parts.

"And here I thought you would be swimming in the Isle of wolves to barely notice I was gone." I said to her,

"Yeah, right. Stop trying to switch the subject. Where are you coming from?" She asked me again.

"You know you would be a pretty annoying mother to your daughters if you're this way." I said to her as I pulled off my sneakers.

"Yeah, right. At least my daughters would know better than to sneak off in the middle
