Leila's POV.

I watched her walk away, a smile on my face, her attitude confirmed she indeed put something in my food.

This realization made me more terrified of Shantel that ever, if she could do this and wish for my death, then she could do worse.

I couldn't believe it, I thought it was something different that happened, I thought that finally I could feel my wolf's strength and the strength now coursing through my veins.

I didn't know it had to do with what she gave me, and whatever she me was supposed to kill me yet it made me strong, for some reason I didn't know.

I was glad and thankful that I didn't die, and I got stronger, my strength became my biggest source of happiness as I have always even mocked as weak werewolf.

I didn't want anyone knowing yet, but I was so happy I couldn't keep the smile off my face.

Though my heart pounded painfully, in fear of what Shantel would do next time, I was happy to be on the best receiving end of the twisted plan she made to end my life.
