"Quiet, Adeline," Alpha Lake paused in the middle of the general living room and turned to look at Adelin, Audrey still in his arms.

"I'm sorry," Adeline murmured.

Alpha Lake turned and continued to walk toward the stairs.

"Wait," Audrey finally spoke.

"Yes, kitten?" He asked tenderly.

"I'll follow you down to the dungeon," Audrey said.

She had always wanted to pay some people a surprise visit, but she never got the chance. Now was the best time to ask the Alpha if she could follow him.

She wondered how Janeth would be feeling about her situation, Cara and Grace weren't her problem, but she would still pay them a visit and see how they're liking their new home.
