CHAPTER 14: You're Trouble

I walked to class and back to studying. I felt normal on the outside but my heart was broken. Yesterday, I cried until I fell asleep. I don't know why I'm crying when I’m the one who wanted to end things.

"Elsa!" Jennifer elbowed me and I turned my attention to her.

"What?"

"You've been staring that food for 10 minutes."

"Oh.." I started to eat.

"You like him, don't you? It's hard for you to let him go.."

"No. I don't like him, how come? It's a short period."

"Liar, if you don't like him then why are you crying?" She asked and I looked at her blankly.

"I'm not."

"Yes you are, it's so obvious that your eyebags are bigger and you put a lot of concealer." She raises her eyebrows, I sighed.

“Patricia is back."

"I heard a couple of rumours about her, she broke up with Jayson last year."

"He must be so broken hearted."

"You don’t know that.." She hissed.

"I know."

"Hey, how about we have some fun today?"

"Okay."

"Let's go to the mall after this.." She squealed and I nodded. We ate our lun
