I looked at Emily as we had our dinner. “Thank you for the food.” I told her.

She smiled as she looked up at me, “you are welcome, thanks for the delivery tho.” She said as she laughed. “I didn’t cook all this, so you shouldn’t thank me. She continued.

I smiled, “Still, you are the one who ordered all this and I am thankful for that.” I said.

“By the way, get ready tomorrow night, I am going to take you out for our very first date..” I said happily.

Her eyes widen, “really?” she asked.

I nodded my head yes, “I am going to make it unforgettable, I promise.”I said.

“but what about Niles?” she asked.

I smiled again, “I called my mum, asking for her help to babysit Niles, and you know she is more than okay. She said yes less than a second after I asked her help.” I said as I laugh along. “She even said that maybe we both should go on more dates.” I continued.
