Bella:

“Do you mind telling me where you went to, young woman?” Mother asked, and I frowned at her, ignoring her and grabbing the blankets on Finn and Kai’s bed, plus a bedsheet.

“The moment I saw you leaving school this afternoon, I knew you were up to no good. That was why I had to come over for lights out tonight, and I was so right.”

When she said this, I glanced at her and scoffed.

“You spy on me now, Mother? How low can you go?” I asked, then I walked to the window and threw it out for them.

“I didn’t expect a student like you to violate the rules too,” she said, facing Hazel, who was fidgeting. I could swear by the look on her face that she would pee her pants any time, but I was unbothered.

“What do you want, Mother?” I asked, and she crossed her arms with her brows raised.

The boys jumped back in, and they stood frozen in their tracks when they saw my mom. There was a moment of silence before Ryder stepped forward, all wrapped up in Finn’s green bedsheet.

“I’m sorry, Mother.

Bella:I opened my eyes to see the twins staring down at me, their chests bare. I sat up at once, moving backwards and curling up against the wall as they climbed onto my bed. Suddenly, I hit something hard, and Ryder grabbed me from behind, causing my back to graze his bare chest. The twins closed in until there was no space left between us.Their bodies enticed me, but I didn’t want to give in; I was scared of getting hurt.“Why do you cover up for us, Bella?” Kai asked, lifting my chin softly with his index finger.I looked into his eyes, momentarily at a loss for words.“You avoid us like some kind of disease, but all we want is to please you,” Finn added as Ryder’s hands roamed my body, finding their way under my shirt and to my breasts.I was about to protest when Kai grabbed my face and kissed me, causing me to let out a muffled moan. I told myself I couldn’t give in easily, but the moment Finn slid his hands under my panties, I lost it.“Fuck!” I groaned, feeling the impact of

Bella:Shock was an understatement for the situation I found myself in. I tried to jog my memory, only to recall saying yes to everything on the first day of being in heat.“I... I cannot remember saying that,” I replied, grabbing Hazel’s hand. “We already have a lot of activities planned out for the night, so I cannot go anywhere,” I said, and Hazel nodded in agreement. The look on their faces screamed disappointment, but I didn’t care. I wasn’t going to give in easily.“Well, I guess we’ll just hang out alone then. Have fun on your night,” Finn said. They turned to leave, causing me to breathe a sigh of relief.Hazel and I walked around the carnival grounds, discussing random stuff as we watched strings of colorful bulbs crisscross overhead, casting a warm, inviting glow on the bustling scene. The air was filled with the sweet aroma of cotton candy and popcorn, mingling with the smoky scent of grilled foods from the food stalls, making my stomach rumble.“What should we do first?” I

Third person pov:Ryder paid for the game, and as he waited for the man to get the bow and arrow, he couldn’t help himself from looking at Bella. Her beauty captivated him.She was beautiful in uniform, and even more stunning in casual attire. The fact her crop top revealed much of her belly made him feel a pang of jealousy because he didn’t want anyone looking at it but him. Her luscious hair, which sat above her breasts, made it more obvious. He imagined her well-rounded bosoms in his hands and how soft they would be.“Here is your purchase, sir,” the man behind the counter said, but Ryder was lost in thoughts, staring at Bella who wasn’t aware because she, too, tried to hold down her emotions. She turned around the moment she heard the man call out to Ryder again, and she felt a weird emotion in her chest, seeing the way he was staring at her.“Ryder,” she called out, reaching for his hand. The warmth he felt called back his attention, and he tried to mask the rising feeling in his

Bella:“Fuck me,” Finn muttered when he realized we were stuck on the Ferris wheel.I took deep, steady breaths, trying not to think of what had happened.“Attention, everyone. We ask that you all remain calm. The Ferris wheel will be fixed in a few minutes, and you can get back to safety. Please don’t get down on your own, as the height might be too much.”When the operator said this, I sighed again, leaning back on the seat. This was the worst time for me to be stuck with my mate without distraction, and the worst part was that he was mute.“What are we going to do?” I asked. Finn looked down and then gave a shrug.“We were asked to wait, so we wait,” he replied, throwing his head back and closing his eyes.I closed my eyes too, trying to think of other things that could distract me, but the only thing I could imagine was the dream I had about him. The image of his fingers inside me became clear, and I bit my lips, crossing my legs to hold back the tingles, but it didn’t work.“Bell

Bella:My heart skipped a beat as Hazel stood frozen for a moment, then I watched Noah walk away without turning back. I wasn’t the one getting rejected, but I could feel literal chills in my spine because it was so unexpected, and I had always dreamed of a relationship like theirs.Hazel’s legs failed her, and she slumped, but I caught her before she could fall to the rocky ground.“Hazel,” I called out in a soft tone as I watched her clutch her chest with tears rolling down her cheeks, her breathing intensifying as she gasped for air.“We need to get you out of here. Please tell me you can walk,” I said to her, but she stayed mute, clasping my hand while shutting her eyes.I tried to make her stand, but I wasn’t strong enough to lift an entire human in this form.“Hang on,” I said to her, then I let go of her, gently placing her on the ground while I

Bella:Ryder remained on my body for a while without uttering another word, and then he pulled out when his phone beeped. My eyes caught the name on the screen before he clicked the power button, and I saw it was his mum.“You do not have to talk about it,” I said to him, and then he took a deep breath before turning the car on.We drove slowly to the carnival grounds, and as soon as he wheeled into the car park, I saw Alpha Fred, and my mum, wrapped around each other, sitting by a bench near the tall pillar of light situated by his designated car park. The headlights caught their attention, and they pulled away at once.Ryder stopped the car, and got out, then he walked towards his father while I reached for the handle to open the door.“Here,” he said plainly, tossing the key towards his father, who caught in time before it could hit the ground.“Bella, come here!” My mother ordered, and I rushed towards her. They had the same eyes, shape of lips, and their hair, black and thick.I fell asleep with Ryder’s hand grappling my waist, and I could have sworn he was kissing my body throughout the night, but it all seemed like a dream because when I opened my eyes, I found the bed bare with a note.“I went for a run to clear my head, and I will be back.”I sighed, pushing myself out of bed, then walked to the closet to get out my clothes, which my mother had already prepared for the occasion. Bella:Sometimes, when I tried to look back at where my problems started, I could only pin it on the fact that I got older. I missed being five, when all I cared about was what to eat, what to watch, or if my dad would play with me. Life was glorious, and I didn’t have to fight with my father. He was my pillar and foundation, but as I grew up, the cracks kept intensifying, and now I doubted it could ever be repaired. As we handed in our papers to Ms. Polly, I couldn’t get over the fact I didn’t write a single thing in the exam. I imagined what could have happened if Hazel wasn’t here. I would have failed because of the man I supposedly loved the most.“Bella, Bella, always pushing the blame,” a small voice crept into my head, and I tried to push it away, but I couldn’t; it kept swelling in my mind.As soon as Ms. Polly opened the door, I got up at once, leaving Hazel behind. She came after me, grabbing my hand before I could go far.“Bella, please don’t do this,” she said, and I stare

  • HOWLSTONE ACADEMY:300 DAYS WITH THE ALPHA-BETA TRIPLETS   Father

Bella:In this world, there was literally nothing I hated more than exam seasons. Having to wake up early daily, and stay up late through the night just to get extra hours to feed my brain with information I’d probably never need in my life. I mean, would I need maths when I sit on the throne of the Rune pack? Or physics? Why the fuck did we need to feed our brains with this much information? What pissed me off the most was that some of these subjects in the curriculum belonged to humans, and I could never wrap my head around why were-people wanted to learn like they did. Father always said it would help if one found themselves amongst humans—like he would allow me to go through that portal after rambling about how humans were scared of us and would kill us if they found us.“Bella, you have been staring at that page for over an hour now,” Hazel’s voice cut through my mind, causing me to let out a sigh. “We have only thirty minutes left before the exams, and you haven’t moved. He had a lot of work to do, and he was lagging, but this wasn’t because he couldn’t do it; his spirit was down. Outside, he was the brave and ruthless Alpha king who ruled the Rune pack, but deep down, he was a man who had lost his family.“This is all too much,” he said, pushing away the papers in front of him.He took a deep breath, then he pulled open his drawer to take out a stamp, but he found a picture, which opened the floodgate of the brokenness his heart was trying to conceal. It was a picture of Bella, Evelyn, and him when Bella had just turned one. They all had a smile.Taking out the picture, he placed it on his desk, then he ran his hands across it, shutting his eyes to that time. Bella:We went back to the apartment without Halle. She had asked Riley to go back with us, stating it was risky for him to drive back to the Dusk Pack, knowing that vampires lurked around the mountains on the deserted roads at night. When we asked where she was going, she gave us a warm smile, saying, “Adults worry about children, and not the other way around.”With that, she vanished.Soon, we made it to the parking lot of the apartment where Kai and Ryder were waiting for us. As soon as our cars came to a stop, they rushed toward us. We got down from the car, and then they rushed at me. Kai pulled me to himself first.“We had a feeling you were in danger, and I kept telling Ryder, but we shrugged it off, thinking Finn would call,” Kai said. I pressed my body harder into theirs.“What matters is that we are okay now,” I said to him, and then he kissed my cheek before pulling away from me.I looked at Ryder, whose face was drawn down.“I am not dead, Ryder,” I said to him, then he th

Bella: I was still in shock from the man’s words when Finn grabbed him by the collar, pounding his face multiple times. The rage embedded in Finn was enough to power an entire city when converted to watts. But I couldn’t let him kill this man. We needed information. I looked back at Halle and Hazel to see that both of them had gone into a state of unconsciousness. They sat in the circle, holding hands, and looking up into the skies, and their eyes had gone white, so we had only ourselves. “Finn, you will kill him! We need answers!” Riley yelled, grabbing Finn, who struggled hard to hit the man. “Good. Then he can join my mother!” Finn yelled, but Riley held onto him. I walked up to the man, then placed a foot on his chest, pinning him to the ground. “Why did you pull him away? He was only hurting himself, and I am enjoying it. My emotions are turned off, so I do not feel a thing,” the man said, and I pressed down harder on his chest, which made him chuckle. When he wouldn’t stop

Something about the nightmare didn’t feel right—it felt far too vivid, and too real to be just a dream.
