Rosella's eyes brimmed with concern as she turned to Arina, her voice laced with worry, "What, he asked you to go to dinner with him?"

Arina nodded hesitantly, feeling the weight of the decision on her shoulders. "Yes, and he wanted me to come alone," she replied, her voice trembling slightly.

"Do you want to go, baby?" Rosella's voice softened, her gaze fixed on her daughter.

Arina bit her lip, unsure of how to respond. "Mom, you don't know rich guys. They just…," she trailed off, her fingers nervously playing with the hem of her dress.

"Aaron, let her decide," Rosella interjected firmly, her tone leaving no room for argument.

Barton's arrival interrupted the tense atmosphere, and Rosella wasted no time in bringing him into the conversation. "We need to talk," she said, ushering him inside and closing the door behind them.

After Barton's inquiry about the king's intentions, Rosella leaned in, eager for answers. "What did he say?" she asked, curiosity evident in her voice.
