Chapter three

Staring at him, he didn’t seem like he was bothered by what I had just said. He just kept looking at me, like he was trying to hear what I had just said, properly, but I didn’t have it in me to actually question him, so, for the moments that we stood there, staring at each other, all that was moving in me was my wolf, in excitement as we stared into his eyes, and gosh, looking into his eyes, I could feel something that I never felt, even for the short time I was mated to Alpha Aiden.

He only gave a little scoff. “Next time, when I tell you to stay at a place, if you don’t want to see something you can’t handle, I’d rather you obey me and just stayed there, Alright?” He asked me, and just like that, he made to leave.

What the hell? What did this man even think of himself? Worse, how much more evil could he be? For crying out loud, he literally ended the lives of two men and now, he was acting like it didn’t mean a thing? Did he really think it was that easy for someone to be born?

I took in a deep inhale, even though everything in me was shaking, probably from how charming he looked, I decided to remain strong. People like him weren’t supposed to be respected, they were only to be feared because I saw no reason in people respecting a man who didn’t value lives, and for as long as I lived, I’d consider myself a fool for ever in a moment of my life, thinking that all I heard about him was false.

For crying out loud, how could those things ever be false? Why on earth did it ever cross my mind to doubt everything I’d ever believed just because he stared deep into my soul, and…. Oh my goodness! He was doing it again.

I started to move back as he started to move closer to me, and I could feel my knees start to get weak, and I couldn’t help but curse. “Darn it.” Why’d I always have to feel weak around him?

“Got something you want to say to me? If you do, why don’t you say it to my face? I’d love to hear it.” He told me, and I clenched my fists.

The audacity of this man to rub his domineering aura in my face. I clenched my fists as I closed my eyes, this man was definitely testing me, he was defintely doing all of this just to annoy me, and I definitely wasn’t going to forgive him for this.

When he saw that I wasn’t saying anything, he turned and made to leave, but I wouldn’t let him leave. He’d have to accept my rejection before he could leave. I couldn’t torture myself by ever staying with a man like him.

I held on to his hand, wanting to stop him, but the moment my hand made contact with his, gosh, it was like all the sparks in the world came through me, but then, recalling what he could do to me if he got angry,, I immediately took my hand off his as I swallowed.

I took in a deep inhale, clenching my fists as I tried to give myself all the confidence in the world, but then, the moment he turned to me, staring at me with those dark orbs that made me weak in the knees, I lost it all as my heart sank in fear. He kept looking at me and even though I was more scared than anything at this moment, I knew it was now or never. This was my only chance!

I took in a deep inhale. “I, Amelia Aniston, rejects you, Alpha Alexander Ferrari as my ….” Before I could even finish what I had to say, he suddenly grabbed my hair, and next thing I knew, he pulled my face closer to his as he slammed his lips right against mine, and my eyes widened in shock as slowly, he stuck his tongue into my mouth, circling it around mine, and gosh, as much as I wanted to put a stop to this, as much as I wanted push him away because he was a monster, I found myself enjoying it.

This was like the best thing that had ever happened to me, and it was like I was in heaven. As his hands slowly left my head, narrowing down to my waist as he pulled me even closer, I closed my eyes as I let my wolf enjoy the moment too, but it was shortlived, as immediately he saw that I was enjoying the kiss, he pulled away from me.

I felt fulfilled, I felt like having my first kiss was the best thing to ever happen to me, but then looking at him, I could tell that he had nothing but anger running through him, and this caused me to swallow, in fear.

“A hybrid omega, planning to reject me? You were nothing, and you’re still nothing, but then, you dare to want to reject me! Tell me, do you think death is even enough to punish you for this?” He asked me, and I swallowed as I started to step back.

This was definitely a bad decision, he didn’t seem to be in a good mood earlier, and now, I just had to make it worse by rejecting him. But death? My eyes widened in shock, no, I couldn’t die. I didn’t want to die. The thought of it alone was killing me and standing before him, his cold aura was only making me feel more fear.

“I…I…” I couldn’t even get the words to leave my mouth as it was like they were even scared of him, and just then, he stopped, and next thing I knew, with those firm hands that I couldn’t get enough of, he pulled me to himself, and looking into my eyes, it felt like he was looking into my soul, and again, I started to feel weak.

With the way I was feeling when I was around him, I couldn’t help but start to question if this was actually the mate bond or just me.

“What you did wasn’t just rude, it was insulting, and I’m sure, even though you’re a hybrid omega, you know insulting an Alpha is a crime.” He didn’t even wait for me to react before he continued to speak. “Since you know it’s a crime, you’re going to be punished for it.” He told me, and I shook my head as I gulped.

“I’ll accept your punishment, but please, accept my rejection, I don’t want to be your mate. I don’t want to have anything to do with you. You’re…”

“And what do you think? I bought and brought you here because I wanted to be mated to you?” He asked me.

“Well, I…” it was then I thought of the whole thing again, and this time, his words actually settled in. “So… so why did you buy me?” I asked him, and he chuckled, in a way that sounded bad and hot at the same time.

“To make you a breeder. Initially, I just wanted you to carry my babies, but now, as my punishment for what you’ve just done, I’m going to have you as my breeder, but there’s a little twist.” He told me, and hearing him say these words, I started to feel tears streaming down my cheeks.

Oh goodness, I didn’t even want to start to think or wonder about what it was that was running through his head at this moment.

“You will conceive the normal way, with me and you making love.” He told me, and I hadn’t even sunk that in when he continued.

“Your punishment? Right after you give birth, after you finish breastfeeding, I’ll take the child and send you away. Being separated from your child will be your biggest punishment.” He told me, and I gasped.

“What?!” How ruthless could this man even be?
