Chapter one hundred and ninety one

AMELIA’s POV….

It all became pitched black. I couldn’t see a single thing and I gasped weakly. Although, compared to what I had thought I would feel from having burnt myself, I felt nothing. I felt completely numb and to be honest, this scared the hell out of me.

I closed my eyes, hoping that when I did open my eyes, there would be some light wherever this was, but the moment I did, it was all pitch black, as it was when I had closed my eyes.

“Hello? Anyone here?” I asked as I started to go further into wherever this was.

I swallowed as I clenched my fists. I drew in a sharp breathe as I turned. “Alaric? Alex? Anyone there?” I asked as I placed my hand to my chest.

I took in a deep inhale as I turned. “Whoever it is, this isn’t funny. Show yourself now!” I screamed as I turned around the place, hoping to at least a single ray of light, but there was nothing and now, fear was starting to creep into me.

“Alaric? Where are you? I know you’re somewhere here. I’m fine. Please, come forward
