Saira got to the waiting room just in time to see the doctor talking to Ethan's mom and Eugene and Daniel was behind them looking quite pleased with himself which caused Saira to frown, wondering why Daniel looked so happy but she was more concerned about what the doctor was saying and didn't bother contemplating on Daniel's weird behavior. She'd been lucky enough to get through the crowd of female students waiting for news outside and thankfully one of the bodyguards knew her so he let her pass, much to the chagrin of the crowd and now, here she was listening with bated breath to the doctor's explanation of the injuries Ethan suffered.It was as gruesome as Raphael claimed."He's in a critical condition right now and he needs to have another blood transfusion." Saira trudged up the stairs to her hostel room feeling very exhausted. Her relationship with Ethan had caused Daniel to become a criminal overnight and Ethan... thankfully was still holding on.He'd flatlined but the doctors were able to bring him back so she was hoping that God had heard her prayers and was planning to wake him up soon because she wasn't sure what she'd do if he died.She unlocked the door, went in and closed it gently then crossed the latch and locked it back again. Two weeks later"Good morning sir." Two men in black suit walked into the hall and greeted Professor Matthias."Morning. How may I help you?" Eileen looked everywhere else but at Ethan. She was scared to tell him about Daniel's involvement in his accident for fear of him suffering another cardiac arrest so she told him a little white lie."Eugene?Oh! The next daySaira was in her room in the hostel reading when a knock sounded on her door. She'd been wondering where Anne was a while ago but decided not to bother herself since they weren't friends anymore. She got up from her bed and went to open the door and was surprised to see Eileen standing in front of her door."Mrs Delnoi? Um.... Please come in." She stepped aside for her to enter."Thank you." Eileen walked into the room and Saira closed the door."I'm really sorry about the furniture..." She made a face."Don't worry about it. I'll sit here."
