~Daniel’s P.O.V~ “No, no. Stop it. Please” I am woken up to whimpering. “Make it stop. It hurts” Kisses shakes in my arms, tears streaming down her face. “Kisses, hey. I just finished getting ready to go over Daniel, it’s Jim’s birthday so they are having a party. Daniel is picking me up in a couple of minutes and then we’re going to pick up the food. I am wearing a black lace top with some black jeans. I paired it with some heeled booties and a long, oversized cardigan. My makeup is natural with a wing and my nude lipstick. Daniel texts me so I quickly run outside before he can come get me. “Damn girl, you look gorgeous” He leans over the console, kissing me. “Thank you” I blush, looking at him. He looks good. He is wearing a short-sleeved fitted black button-up shirt with some white dots scattered on it. His black jeans are sitting on his legs, fitting perfectly. He has his white basketball sneakers on, like usual and his sunglasses rest on his nose. His hair is styled to absolute perfection, never a single hair out of place. I woke up tangled in the sheets, Daniel sound asleep next tome. “Hey, bro do you have-“ Brooks barges in, my eyes bulging and Daniel shooting up, wrapping his arms around me. “Shit, I’m so sorry guys” He covers his eyes, frozen. “Knock man, please” I grab the covers and pull them up to hide my body. “I’m sorry” He stutters. If you have it” He says, his hand still over his eyes. “Yeah, give me a minute” He sighs, getting out of bed and sliding his boxers up his legs. He tosses his shirt at me to slip on and my underwear. I woke up today achy and stiff. The things mother nature wants us to endure. “Mm, good morning” Daniel pulls me to his chest causing me to wince. “What? What happened?” Daniel furrows his eyebrows. “I hurt” I sigh, rubbing my eyes. “Let me try something, yeah?” He brushes through my hair. “Let’s go brush our teeth and do everything else. I slept decently well last night for having been away from Daniel. I had small night-mares throughout the night but nothing too overwhelming. I fed Porsha right away and hopped into the shower, feeling gross. After my shower, I changed into some clothes for the party and did my hair and makeup. I decided on a white fitted top with lace patterns. I paired it with a pair of jean shorts with an American flag print on them and some black booties. For my hair, I decided to keep it simple. I straightened it and pulled it back into a loose, low rise messy bun. I tied a red bandana around it and pulled a couple of strands out to shape my face. I kept my makeup pretty natural too, just in case there are any pool incidents. I did my normal makeup with my wing and some red lipstick. I put a light silver eyeshadow on and sprayed my perfume, ready to go. I quickly packed a bag with some necessities and one of Daniel’s hoodies, grabbing Porsha and yelling to Cody I’m leaving. A few days ago Luke called me to see if I have any plans the next week. He wanted to take Grace and me to New York for a week. After the week, I’m going back to Florida with them for a while and Daniel is going to fly out to see everyone. Their request. I packed my bags and Daniel is driving me to the airport. I’ll be landing the same time they’re supposed to, and we have a meeting place. “I’m going to miss you” I frown over at Daniel. “I’ll see you soon enough, babe. You’re going to have a blast. New York is so beautiful” He glances over at me, smiling. I know he’s upset at the timing of it all, but he’s extremely happy for me. “How many times have you been to New York?” I ask, trying to make conversation. “I’m not sure. More than three times. My dad travels there for business a lot. We used to tag along more than we do now” He smiles, taking my hand in his. We pull up to the airport and I grab my bag out of the back seat and hug Daniel. “I love you Dan” I smile, pulling away.

It’s been about a week since I’ve gotten to Florida. New York was truly magical. It was a dream come true and one of the best experiences I’ve had. I’ve enjoyed every second in Florida with my favorite people. The days till I go away keep creeping up and each day I get more and more nervous. I can’t even imagine not having Daniel by my side for months at a time. It’s going to be a damn disaster. “What’s on your mind, my love” Daniel brushes his fingers through my hair, staring down at me on his bare chest. “Oh, nothing” I blush, staring back at him. His eyes gloss over and I realize he’s probably thinking the same. Today is our last full day, we’ll be heading back home tomorrow night. Today was such a stressful day at work. The business has been increasing and there has been hardly anyone working with me. Most of the day I’m alone or have one co-worker with me. “Hey, Sydney can I talk to you?” I knock on her door. “Yeah, of course. What’s up?” She motions for me to sit. “I’m sorry, and I know it’s not my place but it’s getting very busy” My voice gets low. I can’t afford to be fired but it can’t go on like this. “I know. I’m sorry, I have three people in for tomorrow and I’ll take you off. Take the day tomorrow, please. I’ll pay you your normal and send you the check in the mail. Don’t worry about it. I’ve been trying to get dependable people on but no one’s showing up. I did increase your pay for the last two weeks because of how hard you’ve been working” She gives me a sincere smile. “Oh, no.
