While Mandy and the others were waiting, Kaze arrived at the city council in his car.

“Mr. Lee.”

When Lou and Caleb saw Kaze walk into his office, the two of them went up to him immediately since they were briefed beforehand.

Kaze gestured at them and asked, “Are all the representatives here yet?”

“Yes, sir. They are all here.”

Caleb explained, “The dean of South River University’s School of Arts, Connor Lewis, is here as well. Mr. Lee, yesterday you mentioned you wanted to meet him first, right?”

“Oh, yeah. Bring him in.”

Kaze nodded.

Soon, a middle-aged man with glasses and hardly any hair on his head was brought into the office by a city council staff member.

There were three people in the spacious office.

Connor recognized Caleb and Lou, who were standing beside the table, which made the person behind the desk the mayor.

He walked over to the desk and said with a smile, "Mr. Mayor, I have finally had the chance to meet you. Your abilities precede your age!"
