Adrian took half hour naps after each injection so as to keep to his routine of cutting me and injecting me. Every time I closed my eyes, he would stab me and I would jerk awake at the pain. Juniper winced as she shifted her weight. The spot where Christian had kicked her throbbed slightly. Juniper didn’t understand the intense hate he had for them, but he wanted them all dead. Especially the Sinclair family. She turned onto the highway and sped up a little.
