Laurel laughed and waved to her. “I’ll go to class now. Talk to you later!"

Sonnet smiled back and watched her step into the elevator.

"Let’s go to my office." Johnson whispered to her, pulled Sonnet's arm, and walked toward the elevator that only stopped on the upper floors.

The elevator arrived soon, and she walked into the elevator with Johnson. The moment the elevator door closed, she saw the stunned Maggie raising her head and looking at her with a gloomy expression.

She felt an inexplicable chill in her heart and unconsciously rubbed her arms.

"Don't be afraid. No one can hurt you with me by your side," a gentle voice said.

Sonnet looked up and saw Johnson's smiling gaze.

She was taken aback and acted a little mad as she said, "Johnson, who allowed you to tell the world that I’m your girlfriend?"
