They arrived at the location that Lindy sent. It was at the northeast corner of Film City. There were not many people around, probably because it was the New Year soon.

Sonnet looked around, pointed to a cafe not far away, and said to Alex, "The car can't get in there, so you can just stop here and wait for me. I'll go in and come out in a second."

Alex quickly said, "I'd better go in with you, Young Miss Sonnet."

"What do you think could happen?" Sonnet laughed.

"Since you and I came out at night, I must ensure your safety. That’s what Mr. Pine specifically ordered." Alex insisted.

Since he drove Sonnet himself, several of the bodyguards who were hiding in the dark to secretly protect Sonnet did not follow him. As such, he had to keep his guard up.

Sonnet shrugged helplessly and said, "Okay then. You can go in with me."

She waited for Alex to park the car and the two walked toward the cafe together. After a few steps, Sonnet received a voice message from Lindy. "Are you here?"
