Although the doctor at the resort had lowered his voice, Sonnet and the others walking behind him still heard him.

Logan immediately glanced at Maxwell and winked, saying, “Woah!”

Sonnet glared at him and said, “There are children here.”

Logan quickly cleared his throat and changed the subject, asking the children, “What do you want to play today?”

“We still want to play at the water park!” the three children said in unison.

Logan carried Shay on his shoulders and said, “Alright, let’s go. Uncle will play with the three of you today!”

The three children cheered and followed Logan to the front.

Sonnet felt a little embarrassed about letting Logan take care of the children and wanted to catch up and stop him, but Maxwell grabbed her hand.

“Maxwell and Wifey are going for a walk. There’s a beautiful place!”
