“I mean I don't want anything serious here. I just admire you, your discipline and the way you treat your staff, you're not proud, I mean–” she shrugged her shoulders. “You're so good and perfect. I hope my potential husband will be like you.”

Adrian gave her a thoughtful smile. “I'm not perfect, you can say I'm trying my best to be good.” He didn't want to sound proud by accepting the flatters. “You didn't do wrong by wanting to ask about my love life, even a reporter would do the same. Yes, I have a woman I love but she just got divorced by her husband and he came back for her. So we're literally rivals.”

Sophia stretched her neck, staring without motion at him. She was about to take the fork with the dessert to her mouth but hearing this the fork slipped off her hand and returned to the plate.

“What? Is there anything wrong?” Adrian panicked seeing her panic stricken face, she looked like she saw a ghost while gazing at him.
