“Ahhh!” Kiara screamed and sobbed, “Please, I have told you everything I know. Ahhh.” Kiara was tied by her wrists hanging from the ceiling. A scrawny dirty man with yellow eyes heated a branding iron and placed it against Kiara’s back, among the hundred others already there. Leus sat in the shadows on a chair, his eyes flashed silver. He signaled for the scrawny man to stop. He stood and walked towards Kiara. She did not break her gaze on him. He finally stepped into the light and Kiara gasped in horror. He was an older man with short brown hair and golden ends.

Ty found himself on the patio overlooking the lake, deep in thought. Hand over the girl or your pack will be destroyed. The words echoed in his mind. There’s no way I would ever give her to him. I would die first. I need to find a way to protect her and the pack. Ty felt a soft hand on his shoulder and his body began to relax. He turned around to see Azura’s beautiful big eyes staring into his. She knew he was worried about something, she could sense his aura. “What&
Just as she said, she snuck into the house and went straight to Regina’s office. She could still smell the herbs and spices Eleanor had used the other day. What would she need an oracle for? She started going through Regina’s papers that lay on top of her desk. Not finding what she sought, she went through her drawers. When she opened the second one, she was overwhelmed by the smell of her daughter. She searched through papers and at the very bottom she found one doused in blood. Her hands began to tremble as she pulled it out, she could smell that this was her daughter’s blood.
Azura had always been extremely good at sneaking around undetected. She was able to make it over the wall without any of the guards noticing. She didn’t know where Leus’s pack was, but she was a great tracker and it didn’t take her long to find the trail his scouts left behind. She had taken the equipment that her and Regina used to train in a bag strapped across her shoulder. Her hair was held back in one big braid down the center. She wore her black pants that had a few rips on the thighs and a long-sleeve green plaid button-up shirt. Her black boots were strapped up to her shins. She had found a new dagger to hide in her boot and adjusted it s
Azura had tracked for quite some time until she picked up the scent of smoke. She noticed that the forest looked more diseased as she continued on. There were no green bushes or shrubbery or flowers and the trees were bare. They either had dead leaves or lacked leaves at all. It seemed like everything was dying. She could tell she was getting close. She knew there would be scouts in the area and probably guards, the way they had them at Silver Moon with regular patrols. She decided to get an aerial view and climbed up a large hollow tree. It was effortless because she could prod her fingers or poke her foot into it’s frail body to climb up
“Then it’s settled, we can reach Black Water Pack by sunset if we leave now,” Nicolas said to Regina. There was whistling coming from the gates as the horses came trodding in. Regina and Nicolas ran to catch them. Regina spotted Derek’s note addressed to Alice. She opened it.My dearest love,We are going to fight Black Water Pack, but there is a chance I will not return to you and I just need you to know I love you and I am doing this for your future and the future of our child.Your love,DerekShe looked to Nicolas. “You need to leave now,” she commanded. He nodded in agre
Nicolas lead the warriors down a path through the forest, following track marks left behind by Ty and the others. They had reached a fork in the road when one of the warriors stepped onto a soft bed of dirt. Nicolas raised a closed fist and motion the others to stop dead in their tracks. They heard a small creak when the ground gave way and three of the warriors fell into a deep hole. Two of the men were pierced with sharp sticks that stuck out of the ground. They howled in agonizing pain. The third was able to leap out of the hole mid-shift. They were ambushed as many of the guards emerged from behind trees, rocks, or small hills and others were
Just as they were about to head up the stairs, there was enormous boulder that crashed threw the hall way. Pieces of wood went flying in all directions and part of the floor collapsed. The group piled into the cramped staircase and headed up to the attic. Another boulder came crashing in, taking out another part of the floor. They hurried out the small window onto the roof. They were severely outnumbered as arrows shot at them in every directions. They stayed shielded by the window momentarily, unsure of their next move, when another boulder came crashing through the first floor. The roof collapsed and sent them stumbling down.
Regina paced back and forth in her office. “Regina please, everything will be fine. My apparitions are never wrong,” Eleanor said trying to calm her. “No offense, Eleanor, but your apparitions are also very vague,” she barked back. “How do I know my son won’t come home to me in pieces…or at all for that matter!” she said clearly anxious. “I need to go help. I can feel it in the pit of my stomach, I need to be there,” she said. “And who will be here?” Eleanor questioned. Regina let out a deep sigh, “I’ll le
3 weeks later… “TK!” Azura’s distraught scream fills the sitting room as she searches frantically for her child. They had been playing hide and seek when TK had disappeared right before Azura’s eyes, his giggle echoing in the room as Azura searches every nook and cranny. “Baby, please. Mommy doesn’t want to play anymore,” Azura calls out nervously. Suddenly, TK reappears before her eyes, a smile on his face as he jumps up and down, “I win! I win!” He giggles as Azura scoops him up and smothers him with kisses. You will have to learn things on your own, so that you will be able to guide TK, for he will carry on your purpose. Moon
Azura scooted towards the knife on the table, reaching with her upper body to get a hold of the knife with her teeth. She steadily drops the knife in her open palm and twists to begin sawing at the ropes. She’s nearly cut free when the witch returns, spotting the scene and lunging at her. She rips the knife from her grasps and smacks Azura across the cheek, blood dripping from her lip. Azura whimpers at the contact, all hope of escape crushed in an instant. “You stupid bitch,” the witch mutters as she places a new piece of rope around her wrists. Suddenly, the witch’s focus is drawn to something blinking in the corner of the room.
The sound of dripping water slowly lulled Azura awake. Her heavy eyes fluttered open as she took in her surroundings. The room was illuminated with a few candles creating a soft yellow light. She tried to move her arms, but soon realized that she was restrained. Her arms were tied to the arms of a chair, as well as her legs to each front leg of the chair. Memories of yesterday morning flooded her throbbing mind as she tried to focus her blurry vision, searching for means of escape. She had woken early and left the pack house, sneaking out passed the raging weather and out the security of the gates. She walked out into the woods, not quite sure of where she was supposed to meet this witch
Azura walked outside, struggling to keep her balance as she marched into the storm. She looked up to the dark sky and braced herself, clenching her fists at her sides. She closed her eyes and decided to try and clear her mind. She tried to focus on the weather, trying to picture the pack on a clear, sunny day. Slowly her fists began to glow blue. Her eyes shot open, revealing her blue glowing eyeballs. She stared into the sky and shot her hands up, willing her powers to travel up to the clouds. For a moment, all was unhindered, making Azura become frustrated. She let out a loud growl and focused al
Azura burst out through the front doors of the pack house. She looked up to the sky as the fierce wind whipped her face and the droplets of rain kissed her skin. “Zura!” Ty called as his wolf form trotted over to her. “What’s going on?” he asks her frantically. Azura only shakes her head in uncertainty. Eleanor and Regina are soon by their side, along with Jay and Derek who look to their Alpha for orders. Azura’s chest begins to heave as her hands clench and ignite in blue flames. She is angered that once again, her home is threatened by some evil being. How
“She said she was from Black Water? And you didn’t recognize her Elle?” Regina asked as she paced back and forth in her office. Eleanor shook her head for the fifth time, “I promise you Regina, I did not recognize the woman.” Azura sat lazily in one of the chairs, still deep in thought about the encounter with the strange woman. “Do you think she was in association with Leus? Maybe she came to Black Water after you all escaped?” Azura finally said. Regina stared at Azura momentarily until she finally went behind her desk to have a seat, “I think you are right, Azura. She must have come after we had
Azura decided to let the woman rest a while longer. She allowed James to administer medical treatment so long as he was under supervision and he was to report back immediately to Azura with news of her condition. Ty seemed very reluctant in the entire issue. It seemed he wanted to just put the poor woman out and send her on her way. On the other hand, Azura felt an odd sensation after being in her presence that day in the dungeons. She wanted to wait until the woman recovered to question her. She wanted to know who this woman was and where she came from. How did she end up alone and half dead in the forest.&nbs
The days had passed since the surprise visitors had left. Clara had decided to leave with Sly and begin her new life with her mate at her new pack. Isabel was a bit heartbroken, but overall happy for Clara who had been like a sister to her all this time. Sly would send news of an answer after speaking with his Alpha about an alliance. Ty had also thought it would be worth the trip to Gold Moon Pack to also forge a bartering route with them as well. He instilled the responsibility to Derek who formed a three-men team and set off in the direction Sly had given. Sly had promised the first order of goods to arrive by next week, so Azura was busy taking inventory of what they already had and prepari
The pack was busy with preparations for the night’s festival. Ty and Azura had spent the day giving a personal tour to the new guests. “Wow, you all are set. I guess you don’t really need our nuts or berries,” Sly said as he rubbed the back of his neck. Azura shook her head, “Non-sense. It takes a great deal of work to forage and even on several occasions we have come back empty handed. Your haul would help us a great deal. Besides, there are other things we can barter, say for instance your alliance.” Sly looked to Azura a bit puzzled, “As in?”
