Chapter 1175

Ken turned over to see Xavier’s face, then pulled his arm out.

“Our business is none of your concern.”

Xavier grabbed his arm and dragged him backwards then whispered in his ear, “But I was the one who bailed Fred out and helped Pheebs find the man that she was looking for. So, am I still unqualified?”

Although his voice was soft and he sounded casual, Ken still felt the hint of threat in his words.

He had always been suspicious of Xavier from the very beginning, and now, after hearing what he said, Ken disliked him even. Yet, he was aware that since Xavier saved Fred, Olivia would not believe him even if he told her that Xavier was not a good guy.

He then glanced at him coldly and swung his hand off once again before walking away.

“Fred, what the hell are you doing? Do you know how worried your sister was? She stayed up all night because of you, so you better clarify where you were yesterday.”

Fred was shocked. He backed off slightly then stood up while looking at Ken timidly.
