Olivia felt uneasy being stared at like that, so she stood up feeling flustered. She scolded John. “You’re insane. I think you might have knocked your head so hard you lost your mind.”

John was not mad at all. He smiled as he looked at her. “Would you stay by my side if I had lost my mind?”

“John, how could you even say that? You tortured me for years, yet expect me to care for you? In your dreams!”

John felt wronged and pouted his lips. “Are you still mad at me? The issue regarding Hera and Oliver had nothing to do with me. Please believe me.”

Olivia knew Oliver’s matter had nothing to do with John and that Hera herself was suspicious, so she merely glanced at him and said nothing.

John panicked when he did not get a response from Olivia. He looked disappointed. “Liv, I don’t blame you for not trusting me. I’m worried about you… Someone must have done this intentionally, and I am worried they might hurt you.”
