Back home after seeing my mom do what she does, and how she explained she has been training since she was a child, I was still in complete amazement. She made a copy of the video and wanted me to show Galen so there would be no secrets.

We now sat together and as I explained we watched the video. Galen was in total surprise at the moves my mother

did; she looked good in her armor like a warrior princess or queen as that is what she is. “Where did the sword come from?” Galen asked me while viewing the video.

“She told me my father had some of his top inventors create it for her. Bryden has one too.” My eyes began to tear. “My dad knew he was going to die and he knew my mom and Bryden were going to get together… He knew because he had my mother’s ability to see the future. He had the armor created for them both as well as those swords. He knew all along about my mother’s ability.” I said feeling a little choked up. “They are called the Defenders of the worlds. They are the ones while pa

My mother went over and activated Al. “Back so soon, Your Majesties?”“Yes, Al I have a question I need answering.” My mother said pacing.“How may I be of help?”“Has there ever been anyone ever… who had a shield ability?” My mother stopped and turned to look at Al.“A shield you say?” Al asked. My mother turned to an obstacle and pushed it using her shield ability. “Yes Al, A shield.”“Ah, I see. I will have to check my data banks; this will take a few minutes.” He stood there frozen. My mother began to pace again. “I still cannot help but wonder what all I can do in manipulating this shield.”“Well whatever, it seems you can control it,” I said impressed.“I just focus on what I need or want from it, and it does it.” She shook her head slowly, “I am still amazed, and can’t believe it never activated until now.”“Your Majesty, according to my database there has never been known another shield ability. You seem to be one of a kind, unique.” Al came back and said.My mother and I both

We continued the training the rest of the day until we got it perfected. We only took breaks long enough to eat lunch then back to practice again.“Okay, I have an idea.” My mother began after we ended a practice session. “What if you Galen pretend to be fighting with Rayna and Bryden?”He looked at my mother, “I know where you are going with this.” He said. “You want to recreate the scene you saw in the vision.”“I need to know and learn I would be able to protect her with the shield. This new room is long enough and large enough to recreate it.” My mother turned and walked over to the wall that has the panel that turns Al on and off. She did something before turning him on.“Your Majesty. You want to learn to control the shield to protect Queen Rayana.” He said as he came online.“Yes, Al I do.” My mother said.“Alright, then, let us begin.”We all went into the position my mother saw in her vision. Galen and I were in acting like we are fighting and my mother wanted it realistic, s

The next morning as I was eating breakfast in my armor, Galen walked in and sat down. He looked tired, my poor husband. “How did the watch go?” I asked him as a servant set a plate of food down in front of him.He took a sip of his coffee before answering, “We flew over all three worlds and only a few incidents, but nothing life-threatening and it was among our people.”I got up and walked behind my tired husband and wrapped my arms around him and kissed his cheek. “I am about to leave to meet my mother. You finish your breakfast and get some rest.” He took my arm and swung me around and pulled me onto his lap.“You’re not leaving without a proper bye.” He said smiling and pulled me towards his lips and kissed me. “Now that is a proper farewell.” He smiled as he released me. I gave him one last kiss and walked out to the stable to get Selest. My mother met me at the portal, and together we began our watch. She was wearing her armor as well, in case we need to engage in battle we will

Once in the air, we could see the fire blazing and people running around all in a panic, and many were dumping water on the flames from buckets. There were several buildings ablaze, and I noticed a woman and recognized her right away. She was crying and screaming. I headed down, and Galen shouted my name. I landed Selest and jumped off and ran to the woman. “Kailene!” I cried running up to her. “Your Majesty, my son is still in there!” She was frantic and pointing to a small two-story home engulfed in flames. Without thinking, I ran into the burning building. “Dante?” I cried as I began to cough from the smoke. I heard a slight noise upstairs and ran up hugging the wall. Just as I got to the top, the stairs completely collapsed. “Dante!” I cried again and thought I heard a small whimper in the far room. I went in that direction dodging flames as I went. I ran through the door and heard the whimper louder, and I followed the sound and in the closet hunched in a corner was Dante. “Hey

It was relaxing under the warm water and getting the grittiness out of my hair. Once changed into clean clothes, I brushed my hair and braided it as it was still damp, and I wanted to hurry back to my kids.I walked back into the room and checked the towels on Galen and Rayna. I noticed Bryden had gotten them wet again, so I re-tucked them in and walked over to Bryden. He was sitting reading a report. I knelt down in front of him, and he smiled at me. “Enjoy your shower?” He asked me setting the papers down.“It felt good getting the nasty, gritty dirt out of my hair. Yes, I did enjoy it.” I smiled at him.He reached for my hand and kissed it. “I am glad, and you look nice. I expected you to be longer.”“I know, I am too concerned for Galen and Rayna, so I hurried back.”He touched my face gently. “I know you are.” He whispered leaning forward to kiss me. Just then a tap came on the door, and I stood up to open the door. It was Derrik and Kristana. They followed me in and over to the

Kristana and I walked back in after checking on dinner and Bryden, and Derrik was talking to the now-awake Galen getting him all caught up on what is happening. Rayna was still out, but Galen was sitting up and listening. Kristana ran over and hugged her son.“I am fine mom.” He was saying as she wiped a tear of joy from her eyes.“I know, but we came close to losing you both.” She said sitting on the edge of the bed and taking his hand.I heard Rayna moan and walked over to her. “Rayna?” I touched her arm, and so did Galen.“Rayna, hun? Wake up, love.” Galen added as she began to open her eyes. She looked up at me. “Mom?” I smiled and sat on the edge of the bed next to her.“Yes, baby it is me.”Then she looked over at Galen, and he was smiling. She tried to sit up, and Galen and I helped her to sit up. “What happened?”I looked over to Galen, and he looked at me, I nodded that he could tell her since he has been brought up to speed on things. He looked at Rayna and began, “Remember

It took us over an hour to walk the couple miles with the children and elderly and wagons along with the storm slowing us down, but we finally made it, and the people began to unload the carts into the cave as the women and children with lanterns went in ahead. When everyone and animals were safely inside Bryden, and his tayren was waiting for me inside. I slowly descended towards the cave and flew inside dropping the shield behind me. Bryden rushed over and hugged me.“This was an excellent idea. The people are safe now.”“Only there are many villages? What about those?” I asked him.“We will have to take one situation at a time.”“From what direction did the storm come in from?” A thought was coming to me.“From over the Avalonian sea north of here.” He looked as if he too were thinking the same thing.I nodded. “The machine needed the sea to create the moisture to form the clouds. My theory is since it came from that direction the machine would have to be on Valaisha and since it c

We finally were able to make out the outline of the palace and got to the stables and ran our tayrens inside the stone building to protect them. Before heading out, I surrounded us with my shield so we could run up the steps and into the Palace. “Rayna? Galen?” Bryden shouted as the building shook from the thunder.“Do you think they may have come up with the same idea we did and ushered everyone into the dungeon?” Just then a huge thunderclap caught me off balance, and I landed against Bryden, and his arms went protectively around me keeping me from falling. “That was bigger than any we had on Valaisha. The others must have been warned and created a worse storm.” I said against Bryden. Just then a lightning bolt came flashing past us and barely missed us, again the thunder sounded, and the ceiling began to crumble and fall on top of us. I quickly brought my hands up and shielded us.“We need to get out of here. It is not safe.” Bryden said as we ran out of the room and saw more damag

Nerin and I looked at each other and we both shared the same expression. “We need to get to the men. But to our bodies first.”I nodded and teleported us back to our bodies. We both opened our eyes and looked at each other. “I don’t feel weak like the last time,” I spoke as we both stood up.“That is because you were drawing power over and beyond your own. You tapped into mine. Alone you were so strong your body couldn’t take it now that it is your power alone without mine, you were able to handle it now. That is why I had to be resurrected so we could each combine our power to win this. All this was our destiny. Prophesy fulfilled. Now let’s get to our men.”I smiled and nodded and took her hands. We got to the medic outpost set up for the injured and found Galen and Xipher on cots next to each other. Bryden was there with his arm in a sling and a few bruises on his face including one black eye. He stood up from the chair he was sitting on when we entered. He looked at Nerin, “Nerin?

Another loud explosion sounded further down from me and I watched as this strong laser-type cannon take out a side of a mountain. My jaw dropped at seeing the power of this cannon. It was now or never because our own people and friends are no match for the laser cannons. I closed my eyes and summoned Rayna. After Nerin explained to me what danger is now about to happen. I open my eyes and looked around and gasped. Tears began to form in my eyes. My beautiful home. It was then several loud explosions sounded around me. These must be the laser cannons. One by one severe damage was being caused by them along with many lives being taken. My heart began to break and the thought.Just then another explosion went off and I noticed Galen fighting near Xipher on his tayren and the laser from the cannon came so close to Galen he fell off his tayren and I screamed his name. Now I was beginning to feel angry. I was about to go further in my light form when the prophet appeared in front of me.“Li

The plan is for our forces from Cainya and Kaihu, to try and drive the enemy to Valaisha where the big battle will take place. We are hoping that we could drive them even further on Valaisha towards the portal to Amadoria in hopes to get my aunt Joanita to join. After all, she has no idea that we are still onto her and she continues to offer her assistance. At least that is the only plan we came up with that possibly could work.Xipher and I and my mom will stay and command the warriors here on Valaisha. Bryden will head to Kaihu and command those warriors with Galen. Galen’s parents will command the warriors on Cainya. I will give Rayna control long enough to teleport to each world with the signal that we will be all in place to execute the plan.So far Staxon seems to be clear of any enemy forces, but that doesn’t mean it would stay that way. So Xipher made sure the warriors there stay and patrol the portal to Amadoria there in case. If they did get through the warriors are to do th

Rayana allowed me back in control and Xipher and my mom planned to meet with Deriya in the morning and set up the meeting place for her warriors to meet us along with the ones from the other worlds. As we climbed up onto the dregons, we were set to leave and group at the meeting spot. As we took to the air, I looked down and saw thousands upon thousands of warriors. All were ready and turned in the direction of the portal we were heading towards.Deriya was sitting upon a huge eagle that is her own personal bodyguard warrior named, Skyior. He is so large in his eagle form she is able to ride upon his back. So, here we are all heading towards the portal with the mighty warriors of Kerron to meet up with the other warriors from Nympha and Aiden on Staxon. We just hope we are in time to save Valaisha and the other two worlds. We have to be on time. Otherwise, the prophecy of Rayna and of my resurrection would have been wrong and I refuse to believe that it is.As we all go through the po

Later we were on our Dregons again only this time with one last mission to fulfill. Reaching out to the lioness Queen, Deriya of the animal world Kerron. As we passed through the portal I noticed the thick humid air and insects as they buzzed around us in the largest of many jungles of Kerron. Our Dregons slowed down due to the thick brush and huge trees. I had complete trust in the dregons as skillful flyers and knew we were safe upon their backs.I looked over at mom and noticed her surveying the world around her with awe. “Is this your first time to Kerron?” I asked being careful enough to not swallow any insects.Mom brushed a few away before she spoke, “It’s my first time visiting any of these worlds. I had not been able to do many diplomatic visits to other worlds as yet.”I nodded and smiled at her then focused on following Xipher. He knew where the jungle palace is located. The closer we were getting to the palace the more I began to notice shadows moving through the branches

After the finished tour with mom and Rayna, Rayna stepped back and let me back in control. The next morning we now stood on the small island along with Aanomi and a few guards. It’s been arranged that the army would meet us back on Valaisha in one week's time.Aanomi hugged us before saying, “I will expect to one day see all of you with Nerin in her own body soon. And we will have a grand celebration waiting for you.”“We will and is honored.” I took her hands as I said, “Thank you, Aanomi for trusting us.”She leaned over and kissed my cheek. “I always trusted you.” She spoke in my ear before backing away and slipping back into the water as her dress became a part of her, as her golden tail and with her guards, disappeared beneath the waves.I sighed, “Well that went well.”“I knew they would help us,” Xipher said as he helped me mount my dregon.I nodded as he then walked over to help my mother mount her dregon. As large as dregons were it was difficult for us women to mount unassis

I could tell my mother was in awe at what she was seeing. After about an hour we finally saw it. Just over the ridge and down in a canyon was a magnificent kingdom it glowed in wonder, and I heard my mother beside me gasp at the sight. It was huge, and we saw many merfolk swimming about and even waving as we passed. It was a wondrous sight to behold. I have been here many times with Xipher in the past yet each time it still takes my breath away. I could only imagine what my mother was thinking. The carriage began to decent and headed towards a clear tube. Right before we entered the seahorses stopped and turned us around. A merman came over and unhooked the creatures from the carriage, and two more mermen came and began to push the carriage back into the clear tube.Once inside the mermen backed out and the opening closed. Then we watched as water began to reside from the tube and soon the tube was free of water. Alyczander was there as the door opened to the carriage and we entered t

Taking a deep breath, I walked back into the Palace, and everyone stopped talking as I came through the door.I smiled, “She understands.” I said as I walked over and sat on a chair near the fireplace. Suddenly we heard footsteps hastening our direction, and Galen appeared through the open doorway. Upon seeing me, he rushed over and grabbed me before I could say something then kissed me with passion. When he released me, he stood back as he realized I was not responding and stared at me. “You are not Rayna.” He stated.I shook my head, and Xipher walked over and stood behind Galen. The poor man put his head in one hand, “Oh boy this is confusing.” Then he looked down at me, “I am sorry Nerin.
