"For how long will it be? I'm really going to miss you. So much," stated Thalia, holding hands with Gaby as they walked through the coffee field.
"I don't know. A couple of months. As long as we manage to get what I want. All will be good," responded Gaby.
"Look, I've made that place very secure for you. A few guards will always keep an eye on you. I have a couple of ladies inside as well. I did just the same for Canta."
"Oh! About Canta, he recently asked me if I can let him take a couple of months off after this mission."
"And what did you tell him?" questioned Thalia.
"Of course, I said yes. Why wouldn't I? He's been very good at his job. I would love to appreciate him as well."
"People like him don't get vacation, honey. People like Canta can only be ready to shoot when needed. People like us don't give vacation offers. It's like risking our lives," Thalia explained, granting her hand to hold onto Gaby.
"You know very well that I don't agree with your way of thinking. I will definitely give him the months off."
"I know," Thalia smirked.
"Well, how is Teca moving on?" Gaby inquired.
"It's perfect. With my deals, I think we might have the best team ever."
"Why do I feel like you have something going on?" Gaby turned to gaze at Thalia in the eyes.
"No, I'm not. Listen. Right now, all I think of is you." Thalia saw both her palms holding onto Gaby's cheeks. "If I could manage to convince you to not go through with the plan."
"You know you can't. Love, Verena and Bayman need to answer for their betrayal. No one betrays the Teca family and lives on with the glory. The Virgin of Guadalupe will protect me and my family. And I will be coming back to you, love. And when I do, we definitely will have to make a baby ourselves." She joked, having them both kiss passionately.
"I've always known I can't convince you at anything," smirked Thalia, reaching her pants pocket. Inside was a small red box that she set out. In the box was a very beautiful emerald ring that Gaby appreciated on sight. "Happy twelfth wedding anniversary."
"It looks lovely. I thought it was I who was to plan this year's anniversary gifts?" chuckled Gaby, taking the ring in her hands.
"My bad. I always think about you every single day. I was thinking about what I could get you for today."
They had walked for some time, reaching the supposed coffee warehouse where the seeds got stored after harvest.
Gaby showed the door opening, seeing Thalia inside, who was surprised on finding a romantic table set for just two individuals.
She turned, gazing at Gaby with an explicit smile that filled her face. Her eyes were glowing brighter as she gazed at her lovely wife.
"I didn't expect this," she stated, grabbing a hug from her.
"I did expect the ring, though," chuckled Gaby.
"This is very beautiful," Thalia complimented, looking around the entire decor and lighting.
"Then what are we doing here? Come. Seat with me."
Gaby poured Thalia a glass of red wine that was set upon the table and then into hers as well. She quietly gazed at Thalia for a moment then raised for a toast.
"I want to say that. Eighteen whole years together! It's a blast, honey. We've fallen hard, we've fought, but we have still seen passion in each other's eyes. Just like the very first moment we became friends." Joyed Gaby as Thalia looked back at her with a thrill. "You gave me two lovely sons. The joy of my life. You've always protected me. Loved me to the moon and back. I definitely can't doubt that for a second. Today is just one of the days I wouldn't want to see the end."
Sighing with absolute delight, Thalia smirked, taking a gulp of wine in.
"That was beautiful. Absolutely the perfect words to say. And I want to tell you Gabriella Sanroman. My darling wife. That I've loved you, I love you and will always love you. It doesn't matter the time or place. Not even death will ever stop me from loving you. I promise you that, my chi-chi-ca."
Just as they had settled down to converse and finish up their wine, the boys showed up with trays of food from the back of the warehouse.
"Thank you, boys," Gaby smirked, taking the plates off.
"You must be kidding me. You guys have always been part of the plans, and you didn't even let me know?" Arguably smiled Thalia, looking at his sons as they all snapped.
"It was mommy's idea."
"She asked us to help out in surprising you. And I think we generally did make it," Brian explained.
"You two are unbelievable. All through the journey yesterday and you didn't tell me a thing?"
"It wouldn't have been a surprise if we left you know. Also, mommy really needed to do this for us. She needed a moment together."
"Okay. Enough Thalia. Stop questioning my accomplices. They are a lovely crew.
They laid the silver plate full of empanadas.
"This what you came up with, boy?" Gaby asked looking at the dish.
"That's all you taught us to cook. What did you expect?" said Camilo, having all of them chuckled.
The boys then decided to leave the two alone so they can enjoy the moment.
They had chatted for hours, seeing their way through the empanadas that were hardly getting done when Thalia suddenly received a call that she picked up immediately.
"Hello," she answered.
"First half mission complete," the man answered through the phone.
"Thank you. Please make sure that the rest goes well. Okay. Thank you," Thalia hung up.
"Was that from the office?" Gaby inquired.
"No. But it is related to Teca. There is something I'm trying to accomplish for both the Teca businesses, and if all goes well, our company will get the top ratings around the world."
"Okay! Okay. No work. But I'm glad it's working out."
"I couldn't believe my eyes. It was beautiful. I loved everything," Thalia exclaimed as they headed to the main house, with the boys accompanying them. "I could tell from your eyes. Just like the way they tell me right now that you want to be with me today and the next, but you're anxious because you can't stop thinking about work and the mission," noted Gaby, perceptive and composed. "I'm so sorry. You know how I get when you're involved. Every time I deviate from the plan, it feels like I'm risking you." "You know one thing I've learned from you is that I will always know who I want to get back to. Who I will always keep living for." "Can we talk about the mission then?" Thalia inquired. "Sure," replied Gaby. Thalia gestured to Brian to bring the package to the house. They all settled in the sitting room, ready for what was to come. In about ten minutes, Brian returned with a fine lady who looked exactly like Gaby. She seated herself next to Thalia, greeting them all politely,
Seated comfortably, Thalia initiated a conversation with her team, who, with skeptical expressions, wondered about her unexpected presence. Unfazed, she smiled and eased into the moment. "I wouldn't mind reintroducing myself," she remarked. "I'm Thalia Sanroman—your new boss. Specifically, your new boss in the realm of drug trafficking." "This has to be a joke," David protested. "Not to me. You've all passed the test excellently. Well, George passed excellently, about average. As I was saying, we have a mission at hand. Gabriela and I collaborate, in a way. She's the boss, as you know, and she needed a team to stay. Her trusted ones are accompanying her on a mission, and you guys came to my mind." "Can we be done with this, please?" muttered Daniela. "Oh, Rivera, please." Rivera approached, releasing them from the cuffs and chains that had restrained each of them. George, though, appeared more distressed than the others, and David glared at Thalia, clearly irritated by her antics
Obliged with their new duties, Brian expertly piloted them to a grand mansion known as La Rico. They brushed off their excitement, acknowledging that La Rico exceeded their expectations in both beauty and underrated allure. The expansive house featured glass on one side and a brick design on the other, creating a stimulating contrast. A pristine face pool in the courtyard beckoned for a refreshing dip. The exterior wore a tasteful sky-blue hue, while the interior gleamed in a bright, sparkling white. Thalia gracefully disembarked first from the jet, her entourage following, their eyes captivated by the beauty surrounding them. “Is this yours?” Daniela queried Thalia as they strolled side by side. "Well, for a week. I will be. Listen up, guys. I want you to feel at home. Choose a room for yourselves; there are over twenty in the house. There won’t be work for the meantime until the boss arrives. I'm leaving you all in the care of my trusted men, Julio and Martin. They will take exce
It was about eight thirty when Mr. Edward himself came to pick me up my slumber. "Come have breakfast with me dear." Exclaimed he with a knock at my door as I was staring through the window of my bedroom. My room placed up the last floor of the mansion with it's window view pointing straight to the villa fields that were filled with yellow flowers. Out where over twenty workers trimming the fields and at the very end of the gardens caught my eye. There sat a young man with his back facing the front. He looked lost in thoughts and rather disturbed by his work. I walked out my room finding Mr. Edward turned at the support of his walking stick gazing at me. "Breakfast. I shall pass." Said I locking my door room behind. "You can go on. Have your breakfast Mr. Edward, I will be by the field
‘You have to stand by the fact that your father was different. And you too. You’ve seen nothing yet. Duksta wasn’t always like that. He was a very fine gentleman. A Father of three and a very beautiful wife by him since. He wasn’t rich to say but he would get food at the table. He was happy twenty years ago until he lost everything.”“What do you mean by he lost everything?” asked I in wonder as we headed out of the mine through the coffee farm.“He resided in frosthaven town. The first city dimwharf took over. They killed most of the men and a couple of the bold ones where taken as servants for the dimwharf army. Women where used and hanged to death falsely blaming them to be witches. And the children were killed in cold blood. They showed our people no mercy at all. And he was among those whose family died at his sight. Your father had been out for a trip disguised as a doctor when Duksta c
"And mister walton?" I inquired in care."He will be leading his journey off after breakfast child. I already provided him the letter to the king." Explained Edward."You didn't present it to me before you submitted it. Don't you think whatever you wrote needed my consent?" I asked in disappointment. "Mr. Walton is my guest Edward. I can't just leave him with no see of me." I continued when suddenly I had of Mr. Walton's voice chuckle from my back."Good morning Miss Lyle." He greeted standing upon his ugly moustache that I had not noticed earlier."Good morning Mr. Walton. I believe you had a wonderful night."Yes I did! I hope to be setting off back to the Duskwick palace as soon as now if you don't mind miss Lyle." He said."Tell the king I send my regards." I replied watching him gaze at Simmons carefully as
~Car Radio.Chicago is apparently experiencing a weather out break. It's raining cats and dogs everywhere. Thick fog along the K streets. It's blusting heavily and we don't think those heading back home will literally make it safe. This is massive. Stay safe inside your homes, if you're still on the road. Kindly park for security purposes. The authorities say, it might be a while for it to calm."Oh my God. We were just a mile away from home." Scoffed Jane. "Hey guys.. oh you dozed off. Both of you.""No. We're just snoozing cause we might literally stay here for a while." Responded Jade."I miss my bed mommy. " whined peter."Can you rest there for a while honey. It will be overin no time and we shall be heading home.""Hey mom. Look." Snapped jade."What?" scorched jane taking a turn to see a very thick fog that left no sign of unusualness. "what did you see?" insisted she with curiosity.
"She is either delusional, a psycho or she has lost her mind. Like totally lost with no memory of anything." Spoke Jane leading down her bedroom stairs as everyone was still in the sitting room trying to snap gerald out of his scary situation."She is a psycho. " replied Gerald."Not in front of my kids gerald!" Snapped Jane as the rest fouled to her say."You already said it before gerald did." Replied Martha."Oh! Okay... so, are you stuck there all night?" Questioned Jade."Any help is appreciated. Guess we need a bible or something. Don't you think?" Inquired gerald wimping as Jane walked closer to him.Grabbed his hand and with no effort, she pulled him out."How did you do that?" Snapped both peter and jade at there mother."We've tried it but he didn't even take a single step." Said Martha."Yeah.. its because you three have a weakness. Two young and one old." Jane joked. "Seriously, gerald was just delusional. "
