Chapter 27

As I dream, I find myself walking down a long, foggy road. The fog swirls around my feet, and I can barely see a few feet in front of me. The air is thick and heavy, like it's holding a secret. I hear footsteps in the distance, and my heart starts to race. I try to run, but my feet feel like they're stuck in the mud. And then, through the fog, I see a figure approaching. A familiar face, but one I can't quite place. My heart is pounding, and I can't look away. As they draw closer, I feel a sense of familiarity.

As the figure approaches, I could make out a few details. In the fog, I can't see anything beyond a few feet in front of me. Suddenly, a shape emerges from the mist.
