Chapter 3

Five whole days have passed, Soheila and the two cute little spirit beasts arrived at the north. In front of them is a huge wall with a big gate and ten knights on each side.

Soheila never thought that the city entrance would look like this because she imagined that the first thing she will see is a bunch of luxurious house and store while it will be crowded instead what shows up is knights guarding the gates and you need to pass by them is first to go inside the gate.

Soheila and the two others went along to the people lining up to successfully pass the gate. It is good that when they got here, it's still early so the line is not that long.

Soheila can feel the strong aura of the people's cultivation, furthermore while traveling from the forest and here, Soheila never forget to absorb the spirit energy surrounding them, she is now at the Rank Yellow Advance Level. It took her ten days to advance from Yellow Intermediate Level to Yellow Advance Level.

After some time, it is Soheila's turn to go inside the gate however, the Knights stopped her.

“Are you new here, kid?” One of the knights asked.

Soheila nodded, she felt there's no animosity from his voice instead it is calm and yet had a slight baby voice probably because Soheila is at the age of fifteen.

“Enjoy your trip, little kid.” The same knight said with a smile. The knights in his back also smiled and let her passed.

Soheila smiled a little and didn't say anything just went past them. Sylvie is beside Soheila while Little Black is laying on her left shoulder since he is small. They are very obedient and quietly just followed Soheila.

“It is pretty here and lively,” Soheila said when she saw that every side had different houses and stores. It is not too crowded because the street is wide.

There's a bakery store, weapon store, spirit beasts store, and restaurants. A food cart is also on the side of the road with a candy cart alongside it.

“Of course, Master! The majority of the people here is having good nature.” Little Black said.

“I see, well come let's eat some skewers.” Soheila walked to the food cart beside the candy cart. Soheila saw a handsome man standing inside the food card. However, It is not as handsome as the man she saw in the forest. The man is standing inside the food cart so, it's sure that he's the vendor. The vendor looks like a seventeen-year-old boy, and he is more handsome with his eyeglasses on, and his dark eyebrows that match his look, however, Soheila is now immune to good looks since the time he saw the man in the forest.

“Hi, little one! What would you like?” The Vendor said with a smile. The smile made him more handsome, but it is nothing to Soheila. “I suggest you buy this Sausage with Bacon Skewers or Chicken, Bacon and Ranch Skewers.” He continued while pointing to the food he mentioned.

Both of the food he pointed out looks tasty and smells good. On the corner, it said 10 silver for 2 pieces of skewers, for 1 gold coin it is equivalent to 1,000 silver coins since Soheila doesn't have any silver coins, she will use 1 gold coin for it.

“I would like to have them both... here,” Soheila said and tossed out a gold coin.

The vendor was shocked when he saw a piece of gold coin. He never thought that the kid in front of him is rich. But he composed himself and smiled again.

“How many does our little one want?” Though he was shocked, he has one problem, and that is he doesn't have enough change.

“100 each will do,” Soheila said while she's looking at the skewers. She didn't notice the shocked face of the Vendor and the two little spirit beasts with her.

“Are you sure?” The Vendor asked carefully. He wanted to make sure that the little one in front of him isn't joking. If this little one is not joking it will be good for him because he can rest early.

Soheila lift her head up and looked at the Vendor's eyes, she knew what he was thinking, and just nodded and smiled to assure him. That look made the Vendor embarrassed but still maintained his smile.

The Vendor started to pack a hundred each of the skewers he mentioned a while ago. After he neatly packed the skewers, he said thank you to Soheila.

Soheila just nodded and said thank you to the Vendor. And before she walks away, she asked the Vendor where is the nearest inn.

“The nearest inn? Ahh! The nearest inn is beside the MonTrein Restaurant.” The Vendor answered. Soheila thanked the vendor again and walk away.

“The MonTrein Restaurant?! Master, they cook delicious food in that restaurant, but I never knew that the huge house beside it is an inn because I'm only focused on the food.” Little Black said while dreaming about eating there. He can only look because he's a spirit beast, so, he is excited when he heard about that restaurant again.

“Really? How about you, Sylvie? Did you hear about it too? Well, let's eat there someday.”

“No, Master, I never heard about the MonTrein Restaurant since I was focused on the Auction House.” Sylvie loves to watch people bidding while Little Black loves the food. Soheila knew from Sylvie that the Small spirit beast is allowed to watch inside the Auction House.

“Eh? Okay, Little Black lead the way.” Soheila ordered and put down Little Black from her left shoulder. Little Black obediently followed the order from Soheila, his Master.

“Yes! Of course! Of course!” The cute Little Black said with excitement in his voice. Little Black's big, bright eyes are shining like a diamond. Little Black is excited that made him run fast even though his small. Soheila and Sylvie ran along with him but made him run slower.

The other people passed by them looked at Soheila and the two cute little beasts whose laughing while running. Some people think they are just new and excited to explore while the others think they are an attention seeker, however, who the hell cares about other people think? They should mind their own business.

“Hihihi I'm excited, Master! Can we eat there after we sell the pills??” Little Black asked eagerly. He really wanted to taste the cooked food in MonTrein Restaurant since he saw that there are a lot of people who went in but takes too long to get out of the restaurant.

“Yeah, sure, sure. First, we need to go to an Inn so, that we can eat early in MonTrein Restaurant.” Soheila said with a smile on her face when she saw the small black furball jumping excitedly while Sylvie on the side is looking forward to the food this Little Black kept on mentioning restaurant.

Soheila finally arrived at the Inn after several minutes of running, but it doesn't make her energy drain instead it makes her more energetic because this is the first start of her Journey.

The Inn's outer look looks beautiful, and it is obvious that the Inn is well clean. Soheila went inside, and her eyes met the Innkeeper whose at the counter. She walked towards the Innkeeper and the two cute little spirit beasts followed from behind.

The Innkeeper saw that someone is approaching and smile a little before saying,

“Guests, I'm sorry but the inn's room is fully booked.” He said with an apologetic smile.

The Innkeeper thought that the beautiful girl in front of him will make a fuss, but he thought wrong. Soheila's attitude remained calm with a slight smile on her face. The Innkeeper was pleased with the young girl's attitude.

“Innkeeper, may I ask if I can share a room with someone? With a girl, of course.” Soheila's calm voice rang on the Innkeeper's ears.

“A girl 1 or 2 years older than you booked the last room awhile ago, she seems like a nice girl, and I can ask her.” The Innkeeper smiled. He knew that the young girl in front is new here and may have traveled long to come here.

Soheila now sees that the majority of the citizens here are nice.

The Innkeeper held a crystal blue ball, this crystal blue ball is a microphone. When the Innkeeper talked to the crystal blue ball, the Innkeeper's voice rang in the room of the girl who booked the last room.

When the girl in the room heard the Innkeeper's words, she immediately agreed since it is a girl and the Innkeeper said the girl whose going to share a room with her is had a nice attitude.

The Innkeeper announced to Soheila that the girl agreed to her request.

Soheila smiled which makes her face more beautiful, although it was not her real appearance at least it still looks good.

“I would have to thank you, Innkeeper,” Soheila said with a smile.

“No problem, here's the key and the number of the room.” The Innkeeper pulls out a bronze key with a tag on it that has numbers on it, he placed the key and the tag on Soheila's hands.

“Thank you, Innkeeper.” Soheila thanked and walked to the broad stairs since the room number they gave her is 312 and it is on the second floor.

Soheila reached the second floor in a minute and searched the number of the room.

308... 309... 310... 311... and they're at the right corner of the hall is the 312 room.

She knocked first before inserting the key to the lock. Just as Soheila pushed the door to open, a girl opened it immediately.

The girl who opened the door was shocked when she saw the appearance of the certain someone who knocked. Soheila too was shocked but didn't show it and remain calm face.

The girl in front of Soheila is the one she saved from the forest. She's the girl who almost died from the hands of the spirit beast with a level of a Three-Star Beast.

The girl composed herself and apologized immediately for blocking the way. The girl moved away and Soheila finally went in with her two cute little spirit beasts who confused why the girl is shocked.

Soheila looked around the room that as big as the condominium on Earth.

The room had four windows, two on each side while in the middle there's a door to the balcony. On the Windows side, there's a wall and door hang on it and it is probably the room with a bed. The living room is a simple yet elegant room, it only has a wide white sofa that had a gold rose design on it, and in front is a small round table on top of it is a vase with a yellow flower. Facing the sofa is a big hologram that probably the television here on Svetlana. The kitchen had a long counter that sticks the sink and the stove while on the corner is where the utensils at. It is good that in this world, there's a modern stove in it and the design is a little similar to the modern kitchen. The dining room is besides only to the kitchen, inside it has a long oval wooden table with eight chairs on it.

“The bedroom on the right is mine, you can have the bedroom on the left.” The girl said while looking at Soheila's calm face. She would never believe that a fifteen-year-old is as calm as the ocean if she didn't witness it herself.

“Okay, thank you by the way for agreeing to let me share a room with you.” Soheila finally looked at the girl and smiled sincerely. The two cute little spirit beasts sat on the sofa when Soheila started to look around the room. These two little spirit beasts are too lazy to move around that's why they just sat on the sofa and look around using their eyes quietly.
