That night, a soft knock on Lily's door stirred her from her thoughts. "Come in," she called, and May entered the room, her hands fidgeting nervously. Lily, observing her discomfort, sat up in her bed and asked with concern, "Are you okay, May?"

May approached Lily, her eyes filled with remorse. "I'm sorry, Lily," she began, her voice shaky. "I accused you and acted rudely towards you. Can you forgive me?"
