Ally wakes up the following morning. She is laying in the oversized bed in her and Benson’s bedroom. Her body aches and she have trouble turning around.Ally drags herself out of bed, swinging her legs off the bed and sitting on the side. She steadies herself with her arms holding onto the edge of the bed. Her feet are also aching. Ally cannot remember ever feeling this horrible. But, then again, she cannot really remember anything. This train of thought brings her back to Megan. She suddenly remembers that she was searching for a cell phone yesterday. She was trying to get a way to get hold of Megan. Ally is a little startled when she notices Benson standing in the doorway.“Everything okay?” Benson asks her. He has a worried look on his face but there is a strong undertone of annoyance.“Yes, thank you. Just some aches and pains.” Ally replies. She tries to make it sound as light as possible, even though the pain is almost unbearable. Benson nods and turns to leave.“Benson.” Ally c
After the session, Ronald packs his bag and gets ready to leave. Ally watches him closely whishing there was a moment she could tell him something without anyone else hearing what she needs to say to him. Ally keeps looking at the microphone that is just barely visible on the second button of Ronald’s shirt.“We will be able to start water therapy by next week.” Ronald tells her. She is immediately excited about the prospect. If they are in water, there would be no way to bug Ronald.“That actually sounds like less work.” Ally laughs. Even though she is only joking to have something to say, she is quite sure that being in water would take less effort than walking around.“You will enjoy it. The pool is heated also so you will not even have to worry about being cold.” Ronald jokes with her. Ally watches as he waves to her and leaves the room. She knows she can trust Ronald. He showed her the microphone when they were walking. She made it to the locked door just fine but the way back wa
Benson seems more relaxed in the days following swimming date with Ally. when Ronald comes by again he and Ally has their therapy station in the swimming pool. Ali feels nervous she doesn't know how they are being monitored or if there's another way that they will be listened in on whatever conversation they are trying to have.she tries very hard not to show her nerves there are two assistants standing outside of the swimming pool while Ronald is giving her therapy he holds a virus sides letting her kick her feet underneath the water. There is not there is not a moment where they are not being looked at by the other assistants outside of this swimming pool. Ally is not sure exactly how well they are able to hear whatever they are saying so she tries not to speak of anything that they should not hear.at the end of the station Ronald tiles Ally that you can go get dressed and he will rub her legs down before they head back into the house.the assistance use this time to pack up all
Ally quickly realises that there is only one way to ensure Benson’sgood mood. She tires her best to look excited whenever she sees him.He seems to calm down whenever he sees that she wants to be close tohim. Whenever she shows the slightest interest in anyone or anythingelse, he seems to grow agitated and then retract from her completely. The longest he went without talking to her have been three days.Ally wonders why it is that he is acting this way. Is it because shedoes not remember marrying him? It is not as if she does not try to bea good wife to him anyway. Maybe she is just not the way she wasbefore she lost her memory. Maybe he got to know someone she turnedinto in the last eight years, and all she knows how to be is the wayshe was before she lost her memory.Ally has always been very adaptable. She knows that she still isbecause she is trying to adapt to a man she barely knows. If it wasnot for all the wedding pictures in their room and the vast amount ofcouple p
Ally feels quite accomplished with herself for being able to figure out how to control Benson’s mood. She finds that he says yes to a lot more things when he is in a good mood. She used the two weeks after the last encounter with Ronald to test this theory. It works. Well.Today feels like the day that Ally would be able to ask Benson again if he can bring her in contact with Megan. When she woke the morning, Benson was not in the room anymore. She got dressed and walked out of the room. She finds it a lot easier to move about these days, even though there are moments that a tiredness hits her that she has not known before.Ally took some time to explore the house in moments that Benson was too busy to pay attention to her. She found his office and had a great time getting to know what he does while snooping around through his things. He does live an interesting life. He travels a lot and he is really smart. Most of the things on his table has a legal aspect to it. Some of it was so d
Ally gets up from Benson’s lap. She takes a seat at the other side of his desk. Benson looks worriedly at Ally. He is afraid to tell her whatever he is about to tell her.Ally takes a deep breath and crosses her arms over her chest. She sits back and looks at Benson with interest. She waits until he starts speaking.Benson sits forward in his seat, resting his elbows on the desk and rubbing his hands over his face while sitting in this position.“It was the night of our engagement party. Everyone was there. You looked beautiful as always. Megan was roaming the crowd, looking for someone to latch onto. She came to me and told me that you were looking for me. You told her to tell me that you will be waiting for me in our room. I thought it was strange. You never did that. You would never leave a function and let your guests be unattended.” Benson looks at Ally and waits to see if she has a reaction. None.“I went up to our room. It was very late and everyone had quite a lot to drink. I
Ally leaves the room. She heads to her bedroom. As she passes the front door, the bell rings. Ally pauses in front of the door and looks at it. She takes the few steps towards the door and opens it.There is a man standing in front of her. The look of pure shock on his face as he looks at Ally surprises her.“Hello.” Ally says. The man stutters, trying to speak to her. Ally stares at the man as he tries to find himself in his own chaos. He is a little overweight. He wears glasses with a very narrow steel frame. He stands with his suitcase in his hand, still stuttering. Ally looks at his clothes. He seems to be nicely dressed. He is wearing suit pants and a white long-sleeved shirt. The red tie around his neck is neatly tied. His shoes are shiny and his overall appearance is neat and clean.Ally is just about to ask him if he needs anything when she feels a hand rest on her shoulder. Ally turns around to look at Benson. Benson smiles at her and then looks at the man standing in the ope
Ally walks out of the room and heads straight to where Benson is sitting in his office. He is behind his desk, going through documents on his table. Aly stands in the doorway with her arms crossed over her chest. She stares at him until he notices that she is there. It takes Benson a while before he realises that Ally is standing in the doorway.Benson gives Ally a questioning look and then raises his eyebrows when he sees that there is no other reaction coming from her.“Do you need anything?” Benson asks Ally, dismissing her slightly and attending back to the documents in his hands.“I would like a cell phone.” Ally tells Benson. The defiance is notable in her voice.“No.” Benson answers bluntly. “Whoever you need to call, you can call from the house phone.” He answers her in a short tone.“I want to call Ronald. I want to speak to him.” Ally answers in the same short tone that Benson is using on her.“No” Benson answers again. “Your therapy is finished and you do not need to speak
