Chapter Eleven: Almost caught !!

Bianca's POV

He looked at me so coldly and his hands tightened before he lifted me up with those same arms. I prayed deep down that Gideon would come down and see him this way and chase him out.

He snarled right at me, “ look at me,Bianca.” I refused to look at him, my quick gasps echoed in the kitchen; I couldn't see any more. No tears or screams.

He saw me look so weak and feeble so he left me. I sat on the floor catching my breath, wanting to cry but Gideon would ask why and I didn't want to worry him.

I looked at Charles in disgust. That probably irked him as he came back to me and squatted to my level, lifted my head up and said softly to my hearing, “ I'm the one in charge. Understood?”
