Wedding

On the way to what I felt would be my worst nightmare, my father whispered to me softly:

—Ana, daughter, please get rid of that face. It seems that instead of marrying the father of your child, you are going to sign your death warrant. Smile, look, this wedding will multiply our fortune.

I got even more nervous. My poor father did not know that Nelson, from that moment on, was the owner of a large part of my assets. I faked a smile, which cost me a lot, because all I wanted to do was cry.
