After dinner, Amy couldn’t get some sleep, no matter how hard she tried. She closed her eyes for several minutes, hoping it would help her fall asleep, but nothing worked. Why can’t I fall asleep? Amy was browsing through her social media page when her phone began to ring. Amy got into her room and immediately locked the door behind her. She hit her head against the door three times to express how angry she was at herself.
