I knew something wasn’t right about my business meeting that night. First, the name of the company wasn’t listed among the top companies. Secondly, other companies know the S&W group of companies has always been a sole proprietorship. It has been owned and controlled by Walker’s family for years.

I have always been careful each time I meet with clients, but those clients I was supposed to be meeting had already sold themselves out.
