Then the kids ran to me, hugging me tight, their little arms wrapped around me like a vice, showering me with love. Abi, in her beautiful Grass skirt, joined the dancers, and my eyes lit up with love and pride, my heart swelling with joy.

To my amazement, the male fire dancers joined in, their fire torches twirling in the air, adding a touch of magic to the night. This was a wonderful mix of our heritage, a blend of cultures and traditions. The fire dance was an ancient Mayan Dance of Niklaus's ancestors, one that told stories of their ancient past, its roots deep in the history of his people. The swirling flames seemed to come alive as if the spirits of his ancestors were dancing with us, their stories and legends unfolding in the flickering light.

I watched in awe, my eyes fixed on them, as David's finger intertwined with mine, his touch a welcome warmth to my soul. I turned and kissed him with a smile, knowing that our little one was growing inside me
