Azlynn’s P.O.V.

“Valerie is my fated mate!”

The volcano of revelations rumbled, burning me with its molten lava, my heart was pierced with a thousand fiery needles at once. Staring at Xavion in a catatonic stupor, I let my tears stream down my cheeks, losing my composure. His blunt response hadn’t left any room for discussion.

Seven days!

Valeire came to our class seven days ago and Xavion must have recognized her as his mate at the first glance, accepting her as his Luna. He hid the news of his fated mate, looking for an excuse to rub his disloyalty on my face. He was such a mean planner.

His commanding Alpha tone failed to affect me as he ordered me firmly.

“Who is that man?

Tell me the name of that bastard you are fucking behind my back, omega.”

A sudden surge of fire in my chest converted my pain into fury, making me look straight into his dark eyes fearlessly. I jerked his hand away.

“His name is none of your fucking business!”

My harsh tone raised an octave, creasing Xavion’s forehead, but I couldn’t care less. Saving my face in public was the only thing on my mind.

“Congratulations on finding your fated mate, Alpha Xavion. I wish you all the best!”

Xavion’s face darkened; his keep-your-mouth shut glare bore into mine. He grabbed my wrist and snarled at me.

“Answer my fucking question!

I have asked you something, omega!”

Alpha Xavion was the epitome of power and authority, he never failed to amaze me with his enigmatic personality. But now, I only felt repulsion, his warm touch churned my stomach.

My voice became bitter with resentment. “You can’t question me about anything after selecting your Luna. We are done!”

For the first time in two years, my wolf came forward to assist me. I freed my wrist from Xavion’s steel grip easily.

“Merry Christmas, Alpha Xavion!

Have fun with your Luna.”

Rubbing my eyes mercilessly, I spun around sharply, leaving the party with my head held high. My wolf, Bella, fastened my pace, aiding me to run away from the hall. I burst into tears after leaving the building.

“Why???”

The scenes of our two years of relationship flashed before my eyes, laughing at me. I couldn’t find any mistake in loving my celebrity crush. There was no doubt that I was Xavion’s one of the biggest fans across the four Kingdoms, cheering for his every success. He was my idol, the love of my life, I didn’t hesitate to sacrifice everything for him.

Walking mindlessly, I was oblivious of colors and lights in the surrounding, my world was darkened by the cruel betrayal of my lover.

It reminded me of Christmas three years ago when I decided to pursue my love and come to Lake city. My teenage obsession didn’t let me rest for a while as I asked my dad for permission.

“I would like to study at the University of South, dad. Please allow me to go there.”

My dad raised his brow, “You are only fifteen. Even if I pull some strings for you, the administration will catch your lie because of your appearance.”

As passing college wasn’t a problem for a brilliant student like me, my dad highlighted an important issue. I promised him.

“Please give me some time for preparations, dad.”

From gaining weight to studying without a break, I did everything to enroll in the University of South. I wasn’t even sad while leaving my home, winning over my crush’s heart was my only dream.

My dad prepared fake ID and papers for me, “From now on, you are Azlynn Eastwood, an omega from the suburbs of South kingdom. You can’t reveal your Alpha status to blend in there.”

Despite my family’s objections, I was able adjust in a new city. Soon, Azlynn Eastwood, a nerd and extreme introvert became a cheerleader in the University of South, following football star Xavion Waller like a moth to flame. Luckily, my advances caught his attention, and we started dating.

It only took us a month to be exclusive!

Everything was fine, we were madly in love with each other. Xavion even promised to marry me as his Luna, then how could he do this to me?

My trail of thoughts was abruptly halted by my wolf’s comment, she spoke bleakly.

“He has found his fated mate, Ann. This was bound to happen!”

So, my years of sacrifices, love, and affection were nothing before a mate-bond?

If Xavion only wanted to be with his mate, then why did he fill my heart with dreams? How could he forget his promises and slander me like this?

Overthinking was causing a short-circuit in my brain, burning my nerves with its sparks. The devastation of losing my love overpowered my senses.

I was lost in my thoughts when the fireworks in the sky broke my trance. The exhilarated greetings, bells of church, and the songs of prayers echoed in the surroundings, reminding me of my own milestone. Raising my head, I glanced at thousands of sparks, and glittering golden and silver showers in the sky, and congratulated my wolf.

“Happy eighteenth birthday, Bella. We are indeed destined for loneliness.”

However, the colorful spiral of whirls arranged into Alphabets in the sky, startling me. The pang of betrayal cut through my soul once more with the greetings.

“Merry Christmas, Valerie!

Love, Xavion!”

A desolate shriek rolled out of my tongue as my head spun, splashing down two rivers of despair from my eyes. Xavion had crossed all the limits tonight, burning the last bit of our connection by using my birthday party to insult me.

Walking out of the Campus’s gate, I was on the verge of nervous breakdown when a black Limousine stopped before me.

A man over 1.9 m tall, dressed in a pure black suit came out of the car. His warm voice was like the ray of light in the impenetrable darkness.

“Happy birthday, little princess. Did you recognize Alpha Xavion as your soulmate?”

My brother, Howard’s query broke the bounds of my restraints. I rushed to hug him.

“Xavion has found his fated mate, brother!”

Howard secured me in his embrace protectively. Unsettled by my anguish, his chest vibrated with low growls.

“Tell me, little princess. What can I do for you?

Your brother can avenge your honor.”

With the power of our strong family background, it was child’s play to take care of an Alpha student for Howard. But I was done with all the suffering.

Sobbing piteously, I requested him. “Take me home, brother. I am tired!”

That heartsick brother-sister duo rode the black Limousine to leave the campus, closing the chapter of unrequited love. They were unaware of the fact that a mobile camera had saved this moment from afar …

  • Football Star: The Jerk Alpha's Redemption    Epilogue

Azlynn’s P.O.V. The moment my Alpha command reverberated through silence, the blood seal flared white, emitting uncontrollable fire. The raging flames swirled around Demrid, engulfing him immediately. His agonizing screams fractured the air as he begged for mercy. Turning deaf ears to his pleading, I watched his soul ripped from the husk of his body, being devoured by the fire of justice. The bloodied red cross burned to ashes, erasing the mark as the reversal spell worked successfully, concluding the chapter of endless misery. The clean breeze, the silence of that night, and Demrid’s eventual death were something I couldn’t forget. It was still fresh in my mind even after one year. I had never thought that I would lose and gain so much in just one night. Like, the mating ceremony’s night was special for every she-wolf, starting a new phase of her life. But mine was a complete metamorphosis, changing me from head to toe. I became Alpha monarch from a simple queen in a matte

Azlynn’s P.O.V. I chuckled at Demrid’s overconfidence. He was certainly underestimating the extent of relief my family provided me just now. Alicia’s loyalty, her countless favors, and Delilah’s reunion with little Laura was enough positivity I needed in this dire situation. Last but not the least, Xavion, my mate, was with me. I could fight against Satan alone after seeing him. A self-acclaimed Devil couldn’t do anything when my family was with me! Staring back at Demrid fearlessly, I spoke bitterly. “Challenge accepted, Mr. Devil! As you have flexed your power, now it’s my turn to show what I can do.” The victorious grin on Demrid’s face was amusing, fueling my burning rage. I elongated my claws and scratched my palm a bit. “So, what were you saying about my blood?” Feigning ignorance, I waved my bloodied palm in front of Demrid. His hungry gaze followed my lead obediently. “Oh, yes! My blood is purer, laced with great strength. Isn’t it?” I moved ever so slowly, pouring

Xavion’s P.O.V.I should have killed Demrid when I first saw him around Azlynn. That MF hovered around my mate like a hungry predator, playing the pity game to win her heart. I should have known that his gentle, mature façade was hiding a dark secret. Like, how could a man be so perfect? This was our real world, not fantasy where men worship the very ground a female walked!Every second felt like a century when I waited outside the magical barrier, as Alicia instructed. She had promised me Azlynn was safe in that desolate clearing, which was empty in front of my eyes. And she was right! The moment I broke through the translucent wall, I saw her, my mate, my queen, standing there alive. This sight alone was enough to keep my wolf sane. Zion was overwhelmed with glee as our link was restored, charging at Demrid. “Bella is fine. Let’s crush that bastard’s skull, Xavion.”A fury unlike anything I had ever felt roared inside me, consuming every rational thought. I didn’t see the bl

Azlynn’s P.O.V.Delilah’s eyes shimmered with silver madness, lips curled in that eternal smile of half-truths. She didn’t look like the madwoman I met in the west earlier. My body stayed frozen, paralyzed by the weight of everything crumbling around me. The air hissed as Delilah clicked her tongue. “Master Demrid didn’t die that night. I saved him from the claws of the Alpha king, providing him with what he needed at that time.”She narrated the tale of her mastery, but my breath hitched at the sight of Alicia. My friend, my shield, my witchy companion. But the warmth in her presence was cold now as her aura dampened, her face devoid of the usual spark.“What are you doing here, Alicia? Where is Xavion?”Firing multiple questions in a quick succession, I tried to catch a clue about the outside world. “Why did you come alone?”But instead of Alicia, Delilah twirled a strand of her curly hair and gave a breathy laugh. She stepped forward, like she was performing on a stage.

Azlynn’s P.O.V.“By the right of my blood!”The air snapped with tension as I desperately prayed in my heart. My life and death were dependent on the outcome of my bold decision. I had to take action before his necromancer would come to end this game. Hopefully, in the meantime, Xavion would bring Alicia here to rescue me. That was the immediate plan I made for my family’s survival, and all thanks to my luck, that leech read my mind. He let out a restrained laugh before clutching his chest.“You are quite intelligent. Still waiting for your mate when death is right in front of …”But before he could cook a complete sentence, something invisible blocked his throat, capturing his voice. The earth beneath us trembled, a low vibration, like the world itself holding his breath. And then that cloaked man dropped to one knee as if pulled by strong chains. His hands reaching the hood waltzed my heart in my chest. Bella hopped gleefully.“Finally, it worked, Ann!Now we can direct hi

  • Football Star: The Jerk Alpha's Redemption    Who are you?

Azlynn’s P.O.V.“It’s time for the final sacrifice!”My pulse slammed in my ears as his words echoed through the moonlit veranda. My arms circled Hayley firmly as I shouted.“No! You aren’t touching my daughter!”That cloaked man remained still, watching me like a predator enjoying the panic of his defenseless prey. “She is just a child!” I screamed, shielding Hayley as much as I could. “She has nothing to do with the problems of the adult world.”His black cloak fluttered slightly with the breeze that didn’t exist, tilting his hood slowly. “So quick to protect what isn’t yours.”He mused, voice like velvet stretched over a broken glass. “Heart touching story! You are a good mother, Candice.”Feeling sick to the stomach, I hissed at him. “And you are a monster. A coward, hiding behind magic and lies. And you want to kill a kid now?Shame on you!Even Satan spares the innocent children!”His stillness cracked as he laughed, low and cold, like ice snapping beneath one
