Chapter 1 : Who's that cousin?

Ayah's POV

* POV - Point Of View *

As they planned, Ayah started to pack her things. She thinks that she'll be in a hostel and she can be independent without her father's advice. But she doesn't know that she's going to stay in her aunt's house. 

In the midst of packing her things, her father called her. "Ayah baby, come down soon" by hearing that she ran down in excitement. She thought that her dad would tell about the details of the school and the hostel. 

"Hey Dad, why did you call me ?" Ayah asked her dad. Her dad replied "To tell you about your school and your stay there". She was so happy until her father's words gave her a shock. "Yeah Baby doll. You are going to stay in your aunt's place and I got your admission where your cousin is studying".

She was really shocked and at the same time some things ran through her mind. "Where did this cousin and aunt thing come from?" she murmured to herself. After that she lost a part of her excitement of being free there. 

Days passed. 

Today was the day she's leaving her family. Ayah's mom was so sad about leaving her only daughter. Ayah tried to console her but she failed to confront her. Ayah kissed her mom and dad and left the house. Her luggages is already placed inside the car. So she was ready to move to the airport where their private jet was waiting for her.

She's such an i*******m freak. So she posted a picture of herself and captioned it, "Leaving my home and heading towards my dream".

During her flight she thought to herself and listed a lot of things she'd like to do and visiting a lot of places in NY. But the only thing that sucked her was living in her aunt's house. After thinking a lot, she falls asleep while thinking.

Hours passed..

A lady who was working in their Jet woke her up. "We were landed Mam" She told and left her. After seeing that she had landed she felt a lot of excitement. 

Kev's POV

In NY, After receiving the call from his brother Mrs. Kyla was very happy to receive Ayah because she didn't see her after her 1st birthday which was celebrated in LA. After that she didn't visit her family. So she was so happy to see her.

Kyla called him. "Kev.. ".

"Yeah Coming Mom " He replied suddenly because he's very fond of his mom. 

"Why are you so happy mom? I haven't seen you this happy. Is there any happy news or Dad got any award.? " Kev asked his mom by smiling. 

"Your cousin is arriving at our home today,'' she said happily. 

Kev was also shocked because he too doesn't know that he has a cousin. "Who's that cousin ?" he asked confusingly. 

He thought that it would be a boy. But his mom told "You don't know her. We didn't meet her family for the past 15 years" by telling that she left by giving a little peck to Kev. 

"What.? She.? A girl.? " He sighed and moved to his school. 

Ayah's POV

Then Mr and Mrs Adrian went to the Airport to pick Ayah from there. As soon as they reached there, Kyla saw a girl who looked like a mini version of her brother. She was really so happy to see her because she loves her brother a lot. 

"Ayah", She called.

Ayah turned to the side where the sound came from. She remembered that she was her aunt because her dad showed her Kyla's picture. 

"Hi Aunty " She said and Kyla hugged her with a lot of happiness in her eyes. Though Ayah didn't know what to do she hugged her and smiled at her. Then Mr. Adrian hugged her and said, " Welcome to New York dear". Then the three moved from the airport to their mansion. 

During their drive to the mansion, Kyla told "You are looking like a mini version of your dad. Your dad was like you when he was younger. The only difference is that you were a girl". 

Mr. Adrian went to his office after receiving her from Airport. So only Kyla and Ayah were going to their mansion. 

She also said that " Your dad told you that you are willing to live freely. Don't worry baby, you can feel free and think it was your home. So you can do anything you need. In case you want anything you can ask me or Kev".

"Who's Kev?" Ayah asked her confusingly. 

Kyla laughed at her "Didn't your dad tell you anything that you have a cousin here."

"Yeah,' he said, but I thought that it was a girl. Because he didn't mention that my cousin was a boy" Ayah replied. 

After some time they reached their mansion. Ayah was so surprised that the mansion was so much bigger than their mansion in LA. After entering the mansion, her aunt called some of the maids who were working there and introduced Ayah to them. And she told them to help Ayah to set her things in the room. Before that she ordered some juice because she must be tired of travelling.

Kyla showed her the room which was in the left corner of the 1st floor. After drinking her juice Ayah moved to the 1st floor. But she didn't go to the last room because she thought the last before was the one that her aunt showed by waving her hand. 

"Oh Shit.. Is this a room or a Garbage. Do they lack rooms in this big mansion? " She sighed.

"Aunty.. " She yelled loudly. She lost her temper when she saw that room. Kyla reached there and she was confused. "What happened baby.? "

"Don't you have any neat rooms here or every room was garbage like this. "Ayah spit out her words without thinking. 

Kyla was shocked to see Ayah losing her temper. She coed her and took her to the room that she showed her before. "This was the room I showed you dear" Kyla told her. 

She felt sorry for yelling at her aunt. "Sorry I have misunderstood. And is this a store room why it wasn't organized and looking like garbage" She asked her aunt. 

Kyla made a huge laugh at her. "Is not a garbage or a store room dear. It's Kev's room. " 

"What..?? " Ayah asked her shockingly.
