Stella placed her hands on her belly. “I’m full.” She averted her gaze towards the guy who smiled warmly at her. “I’m happy you liked everything”
“I want to kiss him so bad. How should I do?” She squeezed her legs against each other as she thought of a way to make him kiss her. “He doesn’t seem to move an inch. I’ll provoke him.” She stood up and walked to the other side of the table.
As the driver stopped the car near a huge company, Matt checked in his notes on his tablet. “We should be the last ones to set our objectives to them, okay?” He instructed, turning of the devise. “I already considered potential obstacles and I have the solution to solve them if needed.” Pamela smiled at him, before she jumped out of the car.Stepping inside the company, they welcomed him warmly. “Is this the CEO of the successful American company?” A female worker asked her colleague. “Yes! I can’t believe he is in front of my eyes. I only see him in articles and TV.&rdqu
“I can’t-” Nancy placed her hands against her forehead. “I can’t believe my eyes.” She stepped inside, staring back and forth at the two people whom she trusted the most. “What are you doing?” Nancy yelled.“Uncle John!” Ian glanced innocently at the guy who was scratching his head.“Nancy, I can explain-”
The pillow got soaked by the amount of tears flowed from Stella’s eyes. “Why am I crying?” She swiped her cheeks. “Is it because I cheated on him? Or did he?”“Mom, can I sleep beside you?” walked slowly inside Stella’s bedroom. “Come over here, sugar.” She reached her arms towards him, rolling them over him as he jumped on bed.“Wh
The next morning,Stella got up from the bed and tucked herself under the covers. After robbing her eyes, she averted them towards the nightstand. “What’s this?”She took the piece of paper laid on the nightstand. She opened it. “Last night was amazing, you were amazing. I kissed you goodbye after you slept in my arms. I love you, princess.” Stella’s mouth curved up into a smile, reading the note. She placed it back. “You were amazing too.” She spoke softly.
Few days ago,Matt, Pamela, and all the workers arrived at the airport. “I want to invite you to my house.” Pamela placed her suitcase on the ground. “No, thank you. I missed my son and I want to see him.” Matt rejected her offer, walking off the place. The driver brought Matt’s car to the airport entrance. “Here you go, sir.” Matt jogged
“Stop crying, Ian.” Stella panicked as Ian sobbed against the pillow. “What to do?” She stopped hyperventilating when her eyes fell on her cell phone. “Should I call him?” She paused for a second, before she finally took a decision.“Your dad will be here in a moment, Ian. Please stop crying now.” Stella comforted while calling Matt. “Hello!” Matt answered. “Um, Ian is crying nonstop and I couldn’t do anything to comfort him.”
As the time went on, Ian closed his eyes repeatedly until he drifted off to sleep. “Ian, do you like the movie?” Matt asked. “He fell asleep.” Stella whispered. A smile drawn on both their faces, before they averted their gazes to the movie. At that time, the movie actor said something funny that made Stella chuckle.Matt laid his eyes on her again, once she covered her mouth to hold back laughter. “
Matt and Leo sat in the living room. “Come with me, little man.” Stella led Ian to his room. “Is something wrong with aunt Nancy?” Ian asked. “Everything will be fine.” Stella comforted. “Just stay in here and play with your toys, okay?”She then made her way towards her room. “There will be lots of tension between Matt and John.” She went inside the bathroom, splashing fresh water against her face. “I should get ready mentally and emotionally.”
“Remember when I first saw you.” John’s mouth twisted. “You sat beside the gas fireplace while I studied your perfect features. At that time, I couldn’t blame Matt for cheating on his wife.” He sighed, looking at Stella’s hand as he traced imaginary circles across them. “I ended up falling in love with you and I made you cheat on him in return. I know I’m such a coward, but what else could I have done to control my feelings for you?”Stella stared at him in silence, before he left the swimming pool and sat beside her. “I know you have nothing to say, Stella. Believe me, you will have many things to talk about after I earn your heart.”
Nancy walked inside the living room with a cup of tea. “Here!” She handed it to Matt. “I’m not in the mood to drink anything.” Matt said, not moving his eyes from the laptop. “The tea will calm your nerves and help you focus more…You didn’t eat anything at all. Please Matt, drink this.” Nancy insisted and he finally looked up at her, taking the cup in his hands. “So, did you find something interesting?” Nancy averted her gaze towards the laptop’s screen.
The stars were nonexistent in that cloudy night which rolled in covering the last of the twilight sky. Moments later, the grey clouds blanketed the sky, hiding the full moon which fought to shine through them. “It’s been hours since we are looking for them. Let’s go back tomorrow, Matt.” Nancy raised her head to the dark sky.“I should find her, Nancy. I can’t sleep, knowing she is somewhere in the middle of the ocean.” Irritated, Matt slammed his hand against the closest surface. “Matt.” Nancy approached, staring at him with a dismayed look on her face. “I’m as worried as you are, but now the chances to find them are low. Look at around you.” She pointed at the dark ocean.
“Fuck this!” Matt cursed. “He is forcing her to talk.” He shoved the phone back in his pocket. He walked back and forth, starting to lose his patience. The security agent ran back to Matt and Nancy. “Here you go. You take this yacht.” He led them, as the rain got heavier. “I’ll never let go of her. Never ever!” Nancy heard Matt repeating to himself. She placed her hand on his arm, giving him a warm smile. “You will have her between your hands soon.”
The maid swung the door open. “Is mom home?” Nancy asked as she rushed inside with Ian. “In the living room, miss.”Ian burst into tears when he saw his grandparents. He jumped into Addison’s arms, sobbing against her chest. “Why are you crying, little man?”Addison stroked his hair, before she looked up at Nancy.“John kidnapped Stella.” Nancy informed. “My dear daughter.&rd
Stella walked up to Matt. She rolled his wheeling chair to her direction and sat on his desk. He smirked, watching her body moves which never knew the meaning of hesitation. “Call her to your office!” She ordered. Above all, her soft voice added more attraction to her dangerous looks.“Okay, boss.” Matt grabbed the phone, placing one hand on Stella’s bare thigh. “Diana! Call Pamela to my office.” He put the phone back to its place, throwing his back against the will and winking at his wife with a serious face.Seconds later, Pamela appeared in the room with her usual high heels.
Ian held his parents hands to both sides as they walked off the hospital. “Who is that woman who died, daddy?” Ian asked. Meanwhile, John came out behind them, shoving his hands inside his pockets. Matt kneeled down, cupping his son’s cheeks. “Forget about her, Ian. It’s over now.” Ian hugged him tight. “You will come with us, right?” Ian mumbled against Matt’s chest. Matt looked up at Stella as he got up. The latter’s mouth curved up into a smile. “Let’s go home, little man.” Matt pushed Ian inside the car. He then turned around, meeting Jo
Stella’s phone rung, while John was driving his way towards Stella. He picked up, rolling his eyes. “What do you want from Stella at this late hour?” John roared. “I’m calling her to tell her that Nancy is living tonight. I’m at the airport and I couldn’t hold her back.” Leo informed. “I’m quite busy for Nancy’s shit. Stella and Ian got kidnapped.” John raged. “Wait, what? I-” John hung up before Leo finished his sentence.“Damn!” Leo cursed. He then ran after Nancy until he caught her up. “Nancy!” He yelled. &ld
Matt and Stella stared at John in silence. The latter approached them with his glaring eyes fixed on the girl he loved. “What about the beautiful time we had together?” John asked, tightening his fists.“That was a mistake, John. Stella had always been mine and no one can stand against our love.” Matt said, holding his chin up. Meanwhile, Stella glanced at John with watery eyes.“It’s my fault that all the people who love me are in pain.” Stella pressed her hand against her chest. “John, Nancy and Matt. My mistakes keep hurting you.” Stella averted her gaze to Matt.
