PRECIOUS

"You belong to us for real, and today we will mark our territory." A huge, deep voice growled, and the sincerity in his tone sent shivers down my spine, leaving no doubt that it was a promise he intended to keep. Duke smiled, and beautiful dimples appeared on his face. I looked at the others, who were equally smiling.

"I can't wait for you to fulfill your promise," I said, my voice barely above a whisper, and I walked slowly backward. They all followed me, their eyes hinting at something they would like to do to me, and I shook my head at them. "Um, let's hurry, or the food will get cold."

Richmond chuckled while Nate whistled and rolled his eyes, but they all remained silent. I couldn't take it anymore. Tapping my foot impatiently, I commanded in the most authoritative voice I could muster, "Come to the dining room, now!"
