She solemnly said, “I am sorry. I should not have trusted these two blindly. I know I am at fault here.”

Rosaline chimed in, “We will drop the charges against her. Al, you got your shares, and William does not want to pursue this matter.”

Chandler told his subordinate to make the appropriate changes, “Commander, I will leave this to you.”

Anthony understood what he meant and nodded gratefully.

His wife had abused his power, but they had agreed to sweep it under the rug.

It would impact his reputation and credibility if repeated.

Tina had never been this humiliated, “She is just a bitch. Since she was the one who lied about dating someone else, why is it wrong for me to expose her?”

Rosaline piped in.

“Dear sister, when were we so close that I have to tell you who I am dating? Besides, what is it to you if I hide my relationship or cancel my engagement?”

“You were the one in the wrong first.”
