Prologue
"Three nights ago, two shipments were stolen from me.. twenty of my men dead, a very pissed father on my neck.. I haven't had the best week. " Santo leaned back into his seat and looked at the man opposite him, Russo...
Russo was supposed to be his partner, he was supposed to be loyal, but you know the saying; 'when you give a kid a ladder he aims to build a castle' that's exactly what Russo was trying to do and Santo saw right through his fake smile and false obedience.
"No trace were found capo," Russo replied. His voice held no fear to it, no remorse, nothing, he was pretty confident that nothing was found.. ("boss")
Santo's fist clenched to think he trusted this bastard. It angered him
He stretched his hands to his side where his brother Rico stood... Rico stepped forward and handed him a file, Santo placed the file on the table in front of him and slid it towards Russo
Russo eyes shot to the file and back at Santo as if he was asking for permission to look at the content of the file..Santo only nodded his head, and Russo opened it..
"ha un aspetto familiare? " Santo asked, and for a brief moment, Russo confident facade slipped off to a nervous one, but then it returned swiftly ("Does he look familiar?")
"No," Russo replied bluntly.. Rico scoffed from where he stood, throwing daggers at Russo..
"Funny.. I remember him being one of your men, " Santo said, glancing at three of Russo's men that were standing behind him. None of them could meet Santo's eyes "does Tiago sound familiar?"
"What exactly are you implying that I sent him to steal your shipment.. I've been loyal to both you an-" Before he could finish his sentence, Santo drew out his gun and shot the three men standing behind Russo before pointing the gun at him
"I really don't like being lied to Russo.. you, above all, people should know that.. and here you are sitting, lying to my fucking face!" Santo yelled
It all happened in a flash before Santo knew it Russo drew out his gun and fired a couple shots.. Santo shot him right in the head and watched as his body fell to the ground..
"Capo" santo turned around only to find his brother unconscious on the ground with blood gushing out of his side.. santo crouched down beside his brother ("boss")
"Get the fucking car!"
