Esther’s POV

I awoke the next morning laying the other direction, I could feel Dimitri’s arm around my body and another part of his body pushing against my ass. What happened last night came back into my mind like a flood, Dimitri said that he loved me. The thought brought a smile to my face, but this wasn’t the first time he had told me those words, and they didn’t hold up last time. He may have loved me before, but it wasn’t the love, I deserved, but many years have passed, and I couldn’t stop myself from wishing and hoping that this time maybe, just maybe, he meant them in the way, that he loved me more than he loved everything else.

I couldn’t bring myself to move out of his arms, so I continued laying there until he stirred.

“Mm, Good morning” He grunted tightening his arm, pulling me closer to him.

“Good morning” I laughed as I wiggled my ass against his hard manhood.

“Nuh uh, none of that for you, not until you are in love with me too.” He purred into my ear.

“Ugh are you se

Esther’s POV Our hot make out session came to a halt, whenever the waffles and orange juice arrived. We both ate our share, and I downed a glass of orange juice.“It will be two days, until Elizabeth’s burial.”“I understand”“I would like you to attend”“Of course, I will attend” I answered“No, I mean I want you to attend, by my side.” He stated, looking at me intentlyI was surprised “Are you sure, won’t that cause issues?” I questioned, I wanted nothing more than to attend by his side, but our relationship wasn’t something that made other pure blood vampires happy, and that was why, we didn’t work before. “If I haven’t proven my loyalty by now, then I guess I never will, I want you Esther, and I intend to let everyone know that.”His words practically took my breath away, Dimitri was so different now and also so much the same, it was a little confusing, I just hoped that it wasn’t an act. “Then if that is what you want, I will attend the ceremony with you.” A big smile spread ac

Esther’s POVOver the next couple days several vampire lords had arrived for both the hearing and Elizabeth’s burial. Samantha hadn’t arrived yet, but she was supposed to arrive tonight. I have only met Samantha once before; I wasn’t looking forward to our second meeting, but I didn’t see that it could be avoided. I needed to know from her how she felt about Dimitri. I felt weird planning to talk to her, whenever she was coming here to bury her daughter. I guess I will just have to wait and see if the time is right. Most of my time here has been spent in Dimitri’s room. He still hasn’t given in on sex, but I have actually been enjoying the anticipation. We have talked a lot, about things that have happened to us over the years, things we have learned, and things that took our breath away. I could tell that Dimitri had really enjoyed being a father, but he wished for different circumstances. He never loved Samantha, and by the sound of it she never loved him. They had a mutual respec

ESTHER’s POV Dimitri pulled me into the bathroom, stripping my body of clothes along the way, and planting kisses on my chest, arms, and back. I was down to just my bra and underwear. I shoved him back into the wall and pulled the belt from his pants. “Mm” he groaned approving of my action. Then I unbuttoned his trousers letting them drop to the floor. His cock was hard and pressing against his boxers begging to be let out. I grabbed his boxers with both hands pulling them down and falling to my knees at the same time. I grabbed his cock bringing the head of it to my mouth, I glanced up at Dimitri and his lust filled eyes were trained on me. I pushed my tongue out to meet the top of his penis and began swirling my tongue around it.“Oh yeah” Dimitri groaned enjoying the sensation. I started taking more of his cock into my mouth trying to fit the full length. I bobbed my head forward and back stroking his shaft with my mouth and tongue. I grabbed onto his thighs for stability, and

Esther’s POV Once we finished our shower, we both started getting ready for our dinner with Samantha and Gregory. I was just finishing my hair when the phone rang to let us know that they had arrived. Dimitri had arranged for a private dining experience at one of the restaurants. We went to meet Samantha and Gregory at the entrance of the catacombs to greet them. The closer we got to the entrance the more nervous I got, at the time I didn’t understand why I was getting so nervous but now I know, it’s because the stakes were so high for me. If this went poorly it would affect my relationship and future with Dimitri, I never thought it would be a possibility to have a relationship with him after he married Samantha. It broke my heart when he decided to marry her, but being around Dimitri again and feeling what I have the last few days has made me want to try again, I know if I don’t try, I will regret it for the rest of my life, my very, very long life.We met Samantha and Gregory

Dimitri’s POV I picked an Italian restaurant for us all to eat at, because who doesn’t like pasta.I have been anxious about this evening because I know how much it will mean to Esther and I really hope her, and Samantha will get along. If they don’t it would be one more roadblock in our way. I picked up on parts of their conversation on the way to the restaurant, and so far, they seemed to be getting along just fine. Tonight, I planned to make my divorce official, Gregory had written me a while back asking if it would be possible, seeing as he was hoping to marry Samantha on their one hundredth anniversary. Once we were all seated the waiter poured us all a glass of wine. Once everyone’s glass was full, I raised my glass in the air. “A Toast” everyone at the table raised their glasses as well. “To the dissolution of Samantha and I’s marriage.” “Really?” Samantha squealed in excitement. “Yes, I think four hundred and something years is long enough, don’t you?” “Yes, I wholehear

Dimitri’s POVThe chef of the restaurant came out to see how we enjoyed the meal shortly before we finished. “It was, delicious as always” I exclaimed “Thank you, for another fine meal.”Once everyone was finished, we all got up to go to Samantha and Gregory’s suite to look at the journal. Esther and I led the way, their suite was set up at the opposite end of the hall from our room. “This will be your room.” I said opening the door when we got there and passing them the key.Their luggage had already been delivered and Gregory walked straight over to the suitcases once we were inside. “It is so exciting to share this with you.” He said as he slung the suitcase onto the bed and started unzipping it. Once it was open, he started rummaging through the contents until he pulled out a small silver box. “I keep it in a sealed, container at all times when I am not looking at it.” He explained while bringing the box over to us. “Why don’t we all have a seat at the table.” Samantha suggest

Esther’s POV “Well, I am sure you are both tired from your travels, would it be possible to borrow the scans, so I can look them over this evening?” I questioned, I really needed to know what the pages said, but I didn’t want to appear to eager, I have protected this secret for far too long to have it exposed now. “Of course, I think you will find them very interesting.” Gregory went over to the bed and rummaged through his suitcase for just a moment before bringing back a paper booklet and handing it to me.“As a matter of fact, you can hold onto it, I have other copies.” He smiled Sometimes I wish I was in the old world again, when things rarely had copies, who knew how many copies of this journal there were now? how many people he had sent this information to? All I could hope was that nothing of note was in the pages. Dimitri and I excused ourselves for the night and went back to our room. Once inside I cast a spell of concealment as I didn’t want anyone to be able to overhear

  • Fated to be Luna   Chapter 27

Dimitri’s POVI often wondered why out of everyone; Esther chose me, to share the burden of her past. She had never told another soul in all her life except me and then I betrayed our relationship, for power, protection, and status. If I could go back in the past, I would kick myself so hard it would knock my teeth out. I know my past is what made me who I am today, but my mind can’t help but to wonder what if. Having Esther back was bittersweet, it made me mourn what could have been, if only I had been different. I don’t know how, I came to take her for granted, but I did. We both read over the scanned pages from the journal, and it was fascinating to learn more about the seven. Esther never really told me much about them, just how it all ended. They were tasked to protect the relics of God, with their lives and for many of them that is exactly what they did, they were the last group of seven. The seven were in constant movement with the relics making sure they never stayed in the s

Epilogue Esther’s Point of ViewIt has been one year since the battle for Renee’s life. After what happened I couldn’t bring myself to leave Southern Illinois. So much has happened and so much has changed. I almost didn’t get to the wand in time, and I guess for Victor I didn’t. He would have made a great great great honestly I’m not sure how many greats grandfather to little Vickie but he sacrificed himself to save Alpha Ethan. When I removed immortality on Earth all the vampires returned to human and as far as I can tell I’m also aging again. Ethan and Renee opened the pack grounds to any once vampires that wished to stay and adjust to being human once again. Some staid while many others rushed back home as quickly as they could. Dimitri and myself decided to stay and I’m for the first time in my life truly happy. I have a little baby bump of my own now and I can’t express how excited I am to be a mother after all these years. Renee has blossomed in her roll as Luna and the pa

  • Fated to be Luna   Chapter 83

Renee’s Point of View The first wave was a horrible mess as the untrained vampires rushed forward their mouths practically unhinging as they tried to bite whatever they could. They were a chaotic mess, but thankfully we were prepared for just that, we fell back several paces to give the illusion that we were struggling. By the time it was over there were only minor injuries to report. The next wave however came rushing forward like a tidal wave. We had no sooner finished off the first wave before they were on us they were better trained and much more difficult to hold off. “Come on Esther, what is taking so long?” I questioned under my breath. We were trying to wait as long as possible before using the flood lights as it would inevitably kill many of the vampires and if Esther succeeded they would all be saved from that fate. Unfortunately we couldn’t wait any longer and Ethan had no choice but to issue the order. The screams that echoed will forever haunt my mind. As they evapor

Esther’s point of view Once I reached the location where I had hid the wand all those years ago, I was really wishing I hadn’t put a spell on it blocking it from magical recovery. There were mere minutes before the sun would set on Renee’s pack territory and I was looking at a research center sitting on top of the site where I hid the wand. I couldn’t believe my eyes out of all the places, here is where they placed their stupid huts. I knew the wand was still here I could sense it’s energy. I just had to figure out how to move the research pod that was sitting on top of it. “Damn it, I don’t have time for this I muttered under my breath” as I tried to think of the best course of action. I ran up to the window of the pod to take a peek. I could see at least three people inside. I decided things would be easier if they were unconscious so I cast a spell as watched as they all passed out. I ran back from the building a lifted my hands bringing the pod up a couple inches and scooting

Luna Renee’s Point of View As I stood waiting for whatever hell was about to be released I tried to run everything Dimitri had said about Vampire tactics through my mind. The vampires including my father couldn’t fight with us here with the uv flood lights that we had in store for the vampires, but they all did their best to prepare us and help us train. The Vampires on our side planned to circle around behind the lines to help us without being in our strong hold. Dimitri said they would send their least experienced soldiers first, it would test our strength and cause chaos. They instructed that it would be best to try to fight them off without revealing any of the traps we had set. They said we would be able to handle the first wave easily but to make it appear like it was hard giving a false sense of security to the next wave. This wave would be much better trained. This is where we could start using our traps and me to fight back. The hope was the second wave would rush forward th

  • Fated to be Luna   Chapter 80

*Esther’s POV I had been trudging through snow for over a day and a half now, I was frozen to the core and really wishing I picked out a warmer location to hide the wand of destiny. To make matters worse there was a snow storm blowing in and I had less than an hour to get the wand and cast a spell to remove immortality from Earth, before the Vampire would most likely be attacking Renee’s pack. Luckily the plane ride, boat ride, and dog sled ride here had given me plenty of time to work on the wording for the spell. I wanted to make sure there weren’t any loop holes. I only had 5 more miles to go but they wouldn’t be easy. I hid the wand in the most remote place in the world I could think of somewhere that no one should ever be able to find it. However that made getting there near impossible, if it wasn’t for having magic I never would have made it this far. To occupy my brain I just kept repeating the spell over and over in my head. “To the God above grant me this, remove immoral

Esther’s point of view“Can I talk to you a minute, alone?” Dimitri questioned looking at me. “Yes” I answered standing up to walk into the hall with him. When we reached the hallway and closed the door behind us Dimitri turned to me and asked “can we be overheard?” “No” I answered “Ok good, then let me ask what in the hell are you thinking, we are talking about Renee here, we are talking about the end of the world!” He yelled “and what your plan is to just sit by and watch it happen?” “You know I made a promise.” I answered “Sometimes promises have to be broken, and I would say this is definitely one of those times.” “I guess you are right.” I answered reluctantly. “How long will it take you to get to the wand?” Dimitri asked. “At the very least three days.” I answered “but even if I get the wand I’m not sure how to fix everything.” “What do you mean?” Dimitri questioned “can’t you just make it where the angels can’t possess Renee and her children.” “Well sure that will ta

  • Fated to be Luna   Chapter 78

Esther’s Point of View“Many, many years ago I was apart of a secret group called the Seven we were tasked with protecting valuable, powerful and dangerous artifacts. Such as the ark of the covenant to name one.” I sighed before taking a big breath “but ultimately we failed when a fallen angel tracked us and attacked us with the goal of taking over the world. His plan was to make two new species each modeled after his daughters personalities to be his army on earth, Using the power he gained from the artifacts especially one from Jesus’s lost years which is a powerful wand. I was afraid if their eyes widened anymore they would pop from their sockets as I told my tale. So this fallen Angel made his new species using other members of the Seven my family and from my family he created Vampires and Werewolves representing each of his half human daughter’s. But before he could use his new species to create and army I was able to recover the wand, using it myself to stop him. I basically

Esther’s point of view Silas didn’t have time to answer as I noticed Renee coming to in my arms.“Renee! Renee? Can you hear me?” Yes, why are you talking so loud.” She answered with an annoyed voice, bringing her fingers to her temples. “Oh thank goodness!” I said pulling her closer to me. “You mean thank Goddess don’t you, seeing as I’m part Goddess.” Renee rambled with her eyes still closed as she rubbed her temples. “What?” I questioned confused, truth serum doesn’t make you high. What was Renee talking about? “Yep I’m the daughter of the moon goddess, and she needs my baby to keep everyone safe.” Blood rushed to my head and I felt lightheaded, my past flashing in front of me as I realized what was actually at stake. “What is she talking about?” Silas questioned. “This can’t be possible” I mumbled under my breath, trying to piece everything together. Why would the “Moon Goddess” impart her DNA in Renee and why was Renee’s baby important to her plan. In that moment Ethan a

Esther’s point of viewWhen I saw Renee pass out I acted quickly and was able to catch her before her body crinkled onto the ground. A “No” echoed in the field around us and I scanned the area trying to find the source. “Who goes there?” I shouted scanning the area once more. I sent an alert in my head to Alpha Ethan not knowing if there was a threat or what has caused Renee to pass out. “It’s just me” a familiar voice filled the air and I turned to the source. I could see Silas stepping out from behind a tree. “Silas?” I questioned confused. I couldn’t help but notice he didn’t seem to have his mandatory escort with him. “I’m sorry Esther it wasn’t meant for her” he stated cautiously stepping forward. “What do you mean?” I questioned still confused, then I saw his eyes flash down to Renee “what have you done?” I questioned anger and fear coursing through my body. “The water was meant for you” he stated Once again I was confused until I looked down and saw the water I had given
