Loraine’s POV

I’m surprised by how fast Killian runs out of the room, leaving me burning with lust and hunger. It has happened twice in one day.

I have lost myself twice to two different men—brothers—in one day, and I don’t know what to make of it.

I want more. My body wants more. I want nothing to do with whatever may be happening, but I feel like the more I try to resist them, the more the fire in me burns. It is as though our connection is beyond control. An irresistible primal force that takes us all by storm.

I had seen it in his eyes. He had fought—quite hard—but then his body had given in to the urges just as mine had.

Thinking of it now, a shiver runs down my spine. I had felt his hardness rubbing against me, his lust tangled with mine. The hunger I felt then had been uncontrollable. Mind-numbing. I could not stop, even if I wanted to.

That is the excuse I give myself.

Sighing, I retire to the bathroom, wash up quicky, and return to bed. Today has been quite a long

I am not going to get any sleep tonight. Not after what I just witnessed in the hallway. I had been awakened by a loud banging sound and went out to investigate it when I stumbled upon the fight. A fight! Yes, a fucking fight. Four brothers are freaking fighting over me. Four respected Alpha’s tolling around the ground, throwing punches over a weak, rejected Omega like me. I don’t know what to think about it; heck, I have no idea what to do now. This is what I tried to avoid, but it seems as though it is already here. Being mated to your guys—all brothers, all Alphas (except for Kris, who is yet to get his Alpha title)—is a hell of a trouble, and I don’t think I’m ready for it. For goddess sake, I’m getting over the fucking rejection, and now I have to deal with four fucking Alpha wolves. The thought alone made me shake visibly. There’s no way I can hide in this room forever, but going out there and facing the Alphas is also not an option. I sit in my bed. I can’t face the

  • Fated to Four Brothers    Keeping in Check

Loraine’s POV Today is turning out to be ‘one of those days.’ Yeah. One of those days where I would work till my body became sore and I wish the ground opened and swallowed me. During the meeting in Alpha Hunter’s office, he had me introduced to a dark-haired beauty. Sasha. Her name fits her looks and personality. I guess that is why we got along quite well after just meeting for the first time. Sasha is engaged to Alpha Hunter’s beta, Maddox, whom I’m yet to meet because he is out on pack business on behalf of his Alpha. Once he’s back, Sasha assures me that they’ll start preparations for their marriage, which is after the ball. Anyway, back to why Alpha Hunter introduced Sasha and me and why I think today might be the worst day of my life, although I just met the most wholesome and down-to-earth female in the world? Well, that is because I not only have to tour Alpha Hunter’s pack settlement but the settlements belonging to his brothers as well, meet the pack women and assi

  • Fated to Four Brothers    This might be a bad idea

Loraine’s POV His fingers run down my skin slowly, stopping at my back. I want to resist and push him away, but I can’t. Not with how much my body wants this. My wolf wants it. Tingles burst in every part of my body, crippling the last bit of rationality that I am desperately clinging to. Of all the brothers, I’ve always thought Preston to be the most reserved, the least naughty. The one with all the brains and not just muscles, but I guess when it comes down to nature, a wolf would always be a wolf, and whether we try to fight it or not, our primal instincts will always take over. Mate. The only word that exists in my wolf’s vocabulary now. Whether she means that in terms of the bond that exists between us, the one clawing desperately, begging to be united with our better half or in another term, I have no idea, and I can barely wrap my head around anything at this point. Preston’s hand trailed everywhere before landing on my ass. He squeezed tight, causing me to whimper. T

  • Fated to Four Brothers    Keeping the wolf at bay

Kris’ POV I am upset. Not quite, but after banging her door for more than thirty minutes and receiving no response, I am getting upset. I know she’s in there. My wolf is going crazy from her scent, and I feel tingles prickling my skin. Why the fuck is she not replying? My anger slowly metamorphoses into worry. What if she’s not alright? Hunter had informed us of an infiltration two days ago. One of his warriors had spotted someone, a spy, and we were yet to get hold of them. What if they have done something to her? My wolf goes berserk at that thought. “Loraine!” I scream. If she is hurt, won’t I feel it? I would have been able to if we had bonded, but since we are yet to do that, my senses and wolf are very limited to things that concern her. Worry claws at my chest, and I have made up my mind to kick the door in when it opens slowly and her beautiful head pops out. She flashes a disarming smile—as I said, disarming because all the anger and worry I felt only seconds ago me

  • Fated to Four Brothers    The Condition

Loraine’s POV Kris leads us to Alpha Hunters office, pulling me so I won’t get distracted by stuff along the way. I can’t be faulted because everything in the house is clamouring for my attention, and ignoring them is hard. We soon arrive at a mahogany door, and Kris gives me a minute to collect myself before pushing the door open and ushering us in. I gasp as three pairs of eyes stare back at us. The chilling silence causes goosebumps to rise in my skin, and my heart is beating to the point where I feel as though the world burst out of my chest. I gulp as I begin to feel the pull towards each of them. Fuck! Being with one brother is hard enough; being with all of them makes me feel as if I’m about to be torn to pieces. “Loraine.” Alpha Hunter’s voice is quite soft and polite. “You got my gift.” My lips break into a smile despite the war that’s raging inside me. I pinch the fabric of the dress in between my fingers and bend my knees in reverence. “I did, thank you.” “It fits

  • Fated to Four Brothers    If You Can Win

Hunter’s POV My wolf growled as soon as her scent hit us. The smell of lavender and cinnamon was so delicious that even my brothers were finding it hard to keep their wolves down. As soon as she steeped through the door, I knew I was a gone man. And now she’s acting like she owns us all. Fuck! If it isn’t sexy, hell. I fucking love this side of her that all I can think of is giving all of myself to her. Banging her left, right, and centre till her wolf screams my name. Shit, she owns me now, doesn’t she? After stating her demands, my brothers are yet to say a word. They are just as dumbstruck as I am. I can’t seem to be able to take my eyes off her. Heck! I don’t want to take my eyes off her. All I want is “Is that even an option?” Killian’s voice pulls me out of the phantasm of my mind, delivering me back into reality. I shudder, glancing around. Thankfully, none of my brothers noticed that I had been off for a second. “Can she choose herself? And not anyone of us? What hap

  • Fated to Four Brothers    A Complete Tragedy

Hunter’s POV Fear flashes in my mate’s eyes, and her heat rushes up to my nose, eliciting a gut-wrenching growl from my wolf. All heads in the room bow to the ground, all except Sasha's, whose head is tilted towards the sky, and she’s now howling in pain. My first instincts are to protect my mate by getting her out of here, but she resists me, choosing to rush to Sasha’s side. I sigh, trying to reach my beta through the mind link, but fail. Frowning, I try again, growling in annoyance when I still can’t get through to him. Something’s not right. My wolf points out. “Beta’s mate.” I call out, using my alpha’s tone to ensure her attention. “What is this? What has happened?” Loraine pulls her to her feet, while the other women quickly bring water to wash out the blood in her hands. The blood, which I see now is from clawing at her skin, on the area below her chest. “Beta’s…” Loraine holds her hand up, shutting me up. She moves Sasha to a seat, drawing soothing circles on her b

  • Fated to Four Brothers    Finding the Beta

Killian’s POV I can feel my brother’s anxiety even from a mile away, although he is concealing the other signs of his fears well. We arrived at the gate hours ago and have combed through every home, street, back alley, gambling house, and whatnot, but Beta Maddox is nowhere. No one seems to have seen or heard from him. I have a bad feeling about this. A depth in my gut that keeps clawing at me. Maddox might be dead, but Hunter wants us to hold out hope that we will find him alive. I know the bond he and Maddox share goes beyond friendship. They are more like brothers, and this must be really hard for him, still. I stiffen as I hear a voice through the mind link. It is low, like a flickering candle, but it's there. I think Hunter has heard it too because he comes running to me, his eyes wide open. “Did you hear it?” he asks, breathing heavily. Sweat has soaked through his shirt, causing it to glue to his skin and highlighting his bulging biceps. “It was unmistakable, right?

  • Fated to Four Brothers    The Aftermath

Loraine’s POV One year later Warm sunlight streamed through the curtains, waking me from the most peaceful sleep I could remember. I stretched lazily, my smile growing as I realized I wasn’t alone. Soft lips trailed along my shoulder, followed by a whisper. “Good morning, my love,” Hunter’s voice was low and husky, his breath tickling my ear. I turned my head, meeting his dark, playful eyes. “Morning,” I murmured, still groggy but already melting under his gaze. Before I could say more, I felt another hand slide across my waist. Preston’s familiar laugh filled the room. “You’re hogging her, Hunter. Move over.” I rolled over, finding him smirking at me, his blond hair adorably tousled. “Is this how every morning is going to start from now on?” I teased. “Only the best for our Luna,” Killian chimed in, leaning against the doorframe with a tray of coffee and pastries. “Breakfast in bed?” Kris appeared behind him, shaking his head. “You’re all going to spoil her.” Hunter smirked

  • Fated to Four Brothers    Waking up

Loraine’s POV The beeping of machines was the first thing I heard when I woke up. My body felt heavy, and every inch of me ached. I opened my eyes slowly, blinking against the harsh hospital lights. Familiar voices reached my ears, filled with worry and relief. “She’s waking up!” Preston’s voice cracked. I turned my head slightly to see him standing by my side, his eyes rimmed red as if he hadn’t slept in days. “Loraine,” Hunter whispered, his hand reaching out to gently touch mine. His usual confident demeanor was replaced by raw emotion. “You’re okay. You’re safe now.” Tears welled up in my eyes as I saw all four of them—Hunter, Preston, Killian, and Kris—hovering around me like protective sentinels. “What… what happened?” I croaked, my voice raspy. Killian knelt down beside me, brushing a strand of hair from my face. “You were kidnapped. The warriors that have been investigating it say that Gordon and Jennifer…” His jaw tightened, but he took a deep breath. “We found you ju

  • Fated to Four Brothers    Saving her

Hunter’s POV The abandoned warehouse the tracker led us to was ahead; its huge structure was sharp and terrifying against the night sky. The air was thick with tension, and my pulse roared in my ears as we pulled up to a screeching halt. Preston was the first to leap out, phone in hand, tracking Loraine’s location. “The signal ends here,” Preston said, his voice tight with worry. He turned the screen toward us. “She’s inside somewhere.” Kris gritted his teeth. “Let’s spread out. She could be hurt.” I grabbed his arm. “No one goes alone. If something happens, we’re stronger together, and I need every one of you alive, or else Loraine will kill me.” Gideon nodded in agreement, his face grim. “Hunter’s right. Split into pairs. Shout if you find anything.” We crept through the warehouse, every creak of the floorboards putting us on edge. I stuck close to Killian, my hand gripping the handle of my blade. The place reeked of rust and damp, but there was another smell too—blood. My st

  • Fated to Four Brothers    The Fear

Hunter’s POV The excitement we all felt was electric. The Lycan ball wasn’t just any event; it was monumental. This was the night that our pack would become an official capital for the Lycans. Tonight, we—Preston, Kris, Killian, and I—would also make our first public appearance as Loraine’s fiancés. And, if everything went as planned, this ball would pave the way for our wedding, set to happen immediately after. I tightened my cufflinks that had Lorraine's name on them and turned to Kris, who was fixing his tie in front of the mirror. “Do you think they’ll announce us as Loraine’s mates? Or do we just, you know, casually stroll in and let the stares do the work?” Kris smirked at my reflection. “Why stroll when you can strut? Let them talk. This is our moment.” Killian popped his head into the room, his shirt still unbuttoned, revealing a chiseled chest. “You’re all overthinking it. Loraine will steal the show the moment she walks in. We’re just accessories tonight.” “Speak for

  • Fated to Four Brothers    The ball!

Loraine’s POV The air buzzed with excitement as I stood in front of my vanity, smoothing my hands over the soft fabric of my gown. Tonight was the Lycans’ grand ball, an event so prestigious that even Sasha, who normally didn’t care for formalities, was squealing with excitement. Sasha burst into my room with Chloe trailing behind her, both carrying armfuls of dresses. “Loraine!” Sasha exclaimed, her eyes bright. “You have to help us pick! Chloe and I are determined to make an impression tonight.” Chloe giggled, holding up a shimmering silver gown against her small frame. “I heard the Lycan King himself might be there. Imagine if he notices one of us!” I chuckled, turning away from the mirror. “You two are acting like teenagers. What’s gotten into you?” Sasha placed her hands on her hips, mock glaring at me. “Excuse me, but this is a once-in-a-lifetime event. Lycans, Loraine. Lycans! Do you know how rare it is to even see one in person, let alone meet their king?” Chloe nodded

  • Fated to Four Brothers    Gordon’s Rage

3rd POV The tension between Alpha Gordon and Jennifer crackled in the air like a brewing storm. The two stood in the dense forest near the treeline, their voices echoing through the trees, harsh and biting. “You fucking bitch! You ruined everything!” Gordon snarled, his fists clenched tightly at his sides. His sharp, gray eyes glinted dangerously, a mix of fury and frustration. Jennifer folded her arms across her chest, her stance defiant. “First of all, watch your fucking mouth. I’m not your doormat. I ruined everything?” She shot back, her voice rising. “You’re the one who couldn’t let go of your ridiculous obsession with Loraine. If anything, I saved us from disaster by getting Mabel arrested.” “Mabel was our leverage, Jennifer!” Gordon growled, taking a threatening step forward. “She was the key to forcing Loraine back into my life. And now she’s rotting in a cell because of your betrayal!” Jennifer didn’t flinch. Instead, she took a step closer, her chin tilted upward in de

  • Fated to Four Brothers    Planning the wedding

Loraine’s POV This is the first time in what felt like years that my life didn't seem like a world-ending storm I had to constantly brace myself against. The past few weeks had been a whirlwind of emotions—betrayal, accusations, and finally, vindication. But now, as I sat in the sprawling living room of our shared home, surrounded by my mates—Preston, Hunter, Kris, and Killian—I felt something I hadn’t in a long time. Peace. Preston lounged on the couch next to me, one arm draped lazily across my shoulders. Hunter was sprawled out on the floor with a pile of papers he claimed were “strategic plans,” though he was doodling more than writing. Kris was in the kitchen, preparing what smelled like something delicious, while Killian sat across from me, polishing his sword like the ever-serious warrior he was. “So,” Hunter said, breaking the comfortable silence, “have we all agreed that the Lycan ball will be our moment to show off the fact that Loraine is officially ours?” I rolled my

  • Fated to Four Brothers    Arresting

Loraine’s POV I had never felt more powerless in my entire fucking life. The moment the crowd gathered around Mabel’s bleeding, sobbing form, their accusatory glares locked on me, it was over. My protests, my explanations—they were drowned out by her dramatic cries and the murmurs of the onlookers. The bitch had planned this very, very well. I was arrested on the spot. My four mates—Preston, Hunter, Kris, and Killian—could do nothing but watch as I was dragged away. Their eyes were full of desperation, but they knew as well as I did that they couldn’t interfere. The Lycan laws were absolute, and once the Council was involved, even Alphas had to comply. I sat in the dark, cold cell for what felt like an eternity, the walls closing in around me as I replayed the events in my mind. Mabel had outplayed me, and now I was being hauled to Lycan court, the very heart of justice for our kind, where Mabel’s uncle, Lord Arnold, presided. Of-fucking-course! He was a smug, greedy man who th

  • Fated to Four Brothers    More Chaos

Loraine’s POV I had gotten used to the crazy-ass chaos that now surrounded me, but recently, there was a strange stillness in the air. Freaking Firstly, our supposed psychopath, Mabel, the woman who had made my life unbearable, was quiet. Too quiet. It felt like the calm before a storm, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was coming. Her absence from my life—no pranks, no insults, no sudden confrontations—was unsettling. Every time I caught a glimpse of her, I noticed how distant she had become. She no longer tried to provoke me; instead, she seemed to be going about her life, almost as though she had forgotten about our past. I didn’t know what was worse—the fact that she had stopped tormenting me or the fact that I couldn’t figure out her angle. It was late in the evening when my phone buzzed, the screen lighting up with a message from Mabel. My heart skipped a beat as I read her words: “We need to talk. Meet me at the old barn, north of the pack. I have informatio
