"Are you sure Devon would be here?" I asked Raven for the umpteenth time.She huffed in frustration, "Can you just trust me? This is the military base; I know you are unaware because you hardly leave the packhouse. He would be at the institute building where they hold educating programs for the soldiers.""How would you know?""If he isn't at the packhouse or at home. This is where he spends his time.
